He was AMAZING! I called him about 2 days ago and asked for an area rug clean before my in laws came in. He found a time to come earlier and he did over and beyond even on a busy schedule! The rug looks amazing and I can’t wait for him to clean our two couches!

Well let's just say I called ultra wanting services done immediately due to my 7 month old boxer puppy using our carpet as his outhouse and I had company coming in town, they showed up and you can't even tell I have an animal. I can't tell you how happy we were after the job like wow! The whole experience was very pleasant and super professional thank you so much.

First time Ultra Cleaning & Restoration cleaned on Herron Island and the job was top notch all the way; from communication, professionalism, and my carpet is extremely clean. I was worried about the coffee stain and there is no evidence of it and the other spots are gone as well. It hasn't been this clean since I got my new carpet. I'm very pleased and I would definitely have them come out again.

John does a fantastic job and he's a wonderful human being. After my husband and I bought our house, we called him to see if he could clean the wood floors on very short notice before our furniture arrived. He came, found that the work was more involved than anticipated and was willing to stay into the evening to get the job done. We figured out a way to have him finish after the furniture was moved in, but that's the kind of person he is. He does everything he can to get it right for the customer.

He recently cleaned the tile floor in our bathroom. Again it was much more complicated than anticipated. There was some kind of sealer on the tiles. He tried a number of cleaners and finally had to use a very strong remover. He did an excellent job, noticed that the tile on the floor outside the bathroom had a little problem in a small area that might have been due to his work, so came back another day and cleaned that tile for free.

This morning the nicest young man representing your company cleaned our carpet. He was efficient, careful and answered questions thoughtfully. He is a great asset to your company. We are more than pleased with the cleaning he performed. We are a first time client and will not hesitate to use Ultra Carpet Cleaning again.

We couldn’t be happier with the quality of John’s work. Our carpets looked like new when he finished. He didn’t just clean; he also replaced a small section of carpet that had a deep pink stain (thanks to our puppy eating a marker.) The stain was in the middle of the room, not an easy section to repair. Using a piece of leftover carpet, he cut out the stain and replaced the small area, and you can’t even tell where it was repaired. We will never have anyone else touch our carpets. John is a pro!

John did an EXCELLENT job and made our carpets, rugs, and couch look brand new...he even cleaned our giant dog bed out of the kindness of his heart. Superior customer service and pride of ownership. Highly recommend his services!

After calling around for a carpet cleaning service I decided to go with Ultra because of the owner John. John was extremely professional and gave the best deal! John is extremely honest and did a wonderful job cleaning the carpets of the home. Don't hesitate to go with Ultra , I'm so happy that I did!

I called John just to clean a display chair I had recently purchased but was below his job minimum. I agreed to pay his minimum, and he was extremely pleasant and professional came out and cleaned my chair, couch, and carpets to "give me my money's worth." You don't see that type of honest work every where these days, and it was very refreshing. His work quality was exceptional, and I am very pleased I call him. You won't go wrong with these guys.

We have used John for over 20 years on all of the rental and personal properties we own. Best equipment , always there on time, and he can usually get any and all the stains out the tenants leave. Looks like new carpet when he is done!! We highly recommend Ultra carpets to anyone!!

John of Ultra Carpet Cleaning has been cleaning my parents carpets for years. My Dad wouldn’t hear of anyone else doing the carpets and he always did an amazing job. My Dad passed away recently and John came to the house and I finally got to meet him and he did the carpets and was such a good person as well. When he left, my Mom told me he said it was on the house in honor of my Dad. That’s some old school customer service right there. If I could put 10 stars I would.

During the 2024 big freeze, we had our boiler freeze and leaked water through our basement. I called Ultra Carpet Cleaning and John answered WHILE ON VACATION because he knew the importance of his services during these weather conditions. He was able to send his son out within the hour (on an already slammed day) extract all the water and left air movement fans for over a week. The timely response saves me THOUSANDS of dollars in mold mitigation, carpet replacement and drywall repair. These guys know what they’re doing and we will absolutely be using their services again.
