John came to do a septic pump for us. He was on time and as quick as he could be. He even gave us some helpful first time septic tank owner tips. From the time I first started messaging this company about prices they were extremely helpful and went above and beyond the questions I was asking them. This is my second experience with First Call and they continue to impress. This time was for required septic inspection, the guys arrived right on time and went right to work. They were friendly, efficient and respectful of ourselves and our property. I will be calling First Call Septic again for our next service.

The float valve failed in my waste water ejector lift pump, installed in the crawlspace underneath my home. When the plumber replaced the valve, he noted that the pump basin contained a significant amount of solid matter that he thought might be paper waste. I called First Call Septic Service and Ronnie came out within a few days to clean the pump. I was extremely impressed with his professionalism, expertise and attention to detail. He took before and after pictures and the results were amazing! He even cleaned the exterior of the pump. Scheduling was easy, the service was impeccable and the price was fair. I highly recommend First Call Septic Service.

First Call is great to work with. They do a great job fitting me into a busy schedule. Adam came out recently to pump the tank and was professional and friendly. What's more rare is that he was also more than willing to answer all my questions.
I also love that they send me a heads up text when they are on their way with a picture of the tech. Adam was on time, expertly backed through our narrow driveway opening and was in and out in no time.

After researching local septic businesses, we called First Call Septic based on reviews and local recommendations. Even before our technician, Chris Gross, arrived, we knew we'd like this place. The text we got had a picture of Chris but it was a lego man head with a handlebar mustache. Wouldn't you know it but Chris had the same look going on and it was a great way to start the interaction.

We already had out septic lid dug up so he went on to inspect as per usual. During inspection, he was more than happy to answer questions and provide candid and helpful advice on how we could keep our septic system healthy long term. He even provided us where he got his septic 10ft measuring pole so we could do it for the next time (we're allowed to every other inspection).

Overall it was a quick and pleasant experience and I highly recommend First Call Septic to anyone looking for inspection services.

Had a good experience with First Call Septic. After a minor scheduling snafu (Which they resolved quickly and courteously) their inspector showed up on time and gave a courtesy to let us know when he would be on the way. No problems with the inspection or pumping. Will use First Call again.

First Call Septic has been out a couple of times this year. First for an inspection and then for a septic pump. The technicians are friendly, knowledgeable, and so helpful. We need to get a riser for our septic lid and they gave us advice for where to purchase, what products are best and took measurements for us. They are amazing.

First Call was excellent. They responded to an emergency pump out at my home and the fee was very reasonable. They were professional and thorough with totally great service reps. I have already recommended them to my neighbors.
