Adam came out to inspect my septic system, and he was incredibly knowledgeable and generous with that knowledge. I asked a ton of questions, and he took the time to answer every single one in detail without ever making me feel rushed. It was an absolute pleasure having him here…..meeting genuinely great people and having real, thoughtful conversation feels rare these days and Adam delivered on all fronts.

Needed service asap. Friday night the septic was backfilling into the down stairs shower. Called several companies with no response except for First Call septic who answered at 9pm and said they will be out tomorrow (Saturday) morning. We have a tight driveway but they had a smaller semi vacuum truck to get in. Good family owned business who value customer service.

We had a backup in our toilet that resulted in our getting our septic tank emptied and improved so there will be less digging in the future. This was taken care of quickly (within a few hours) and professionally. Highly recommend these guys!

We were hours away from hosting a bunch of people for Christmas Eve dinner when our septic alarm went off for the 2nd time in 24 hours. Jennifer was so kind and helpful and was able to dispatch 2 guys within an hour of my call. They troubleshooted the issue quickly and got right to work. They found our pump was hardly moving any water and our drainfield plumbing was nearly plugged up. They jetted the drainfield and got the pumping rate to 45 gallons a minute. They took the time to explain and made sure we had all our questions answered. Super polite and efficient! They were in and out before all our guests arrived too! I would highly recommend to anyone calling First Call Septic for all septic needs.

Incredible. The company was very responsive. They called me almost immediately to schedule a time to inspect my problem and had it fixed within a day!

I had an emergency, our pipes froze last winter, we had no water, he came over in the dark and fixed it, plus made it a lot better and updated.
