Blaine came to provide the free quote. He helped me troubleshoot the water leak. I was really impressed with his assessment of the situation. He first isolated the issue by turning off the sprinkler and seeing if the water meter is still moving. It still does. So then he isolated the line between the house and the main water line. We narrowed it down to the bathroom toilets that were the culprit. Thank you so much, Blaine, for your time and your effort to help me understand my options. Blaine with JBM Plumbing & Mechanical recently replaced our water service from the water meter to our home which had a substantial leak. Along with being professional and easy to communicate with, he was on time with this project and there were no additional costs from his estimate that he provided for the work. our sump pump failed the day we were supposed to leave in vacation. called Blain and he was able to get there fast and get me a price and make the repair the next day so we didn't come home to a flooded basement.

Our water heater gave out and was about to rust out the bottom. Blaine came out, replaced the water heater with a great USA-made one. Super nice and great workmanship. Definitely hiring him for all our other plumbing needs.

Jbm was quick and responsive. Needed service valve replaced and other small issue with outside hose hydrant. This was completed and cleaned up better than original. I've got JBM on quick dial. Also had a support for my kiln designed and waiting on quote.

Blaine was very professional and very friendly.
He did a great job pulling out old water heater and replacing with new one in our crawl space. We also had him flush our second tank up in our laundry room. In all cases, he was very careful to keep everything clean while he worked and did not leave any mess behind him. He was very good about explaining everything and giving me the opportunity to make informed choices. I would definitely use JMB Plumming in the future.

Blaine is a very fast welder/pipe fitter and his welds look and are amazing! Hundreds of welds and air tested with no leaks! Very professional and understands pipe fitting and routing of pipe in very tight quarters!
