I have been a customer of Waterways for a few years now. They installed a new gas hot water heater for me two years ago and did beautiful work. And then recently when a part malfunctioned on the water heater, they instructed me in how to call the manufacturer, Rheem, and have the parts that were still under warranty sent to me. By doing this part myself it saved time and money that would have been spent with one of their technicians waiting on hold with Rheem. And then Kell came out and troubleshooted and put in the new parts. He was very helpful and very thorough. And when it was discovered that we needed yet another part… instead of causing me to go without hot water for another week (waiting on the part to be delivered) Kell was able to install the part I needed that same day and allow me to bring the new part (also under warranty) to their office as soon as I received it from Rheem. I am so very impressed with Waterways. From their customer service (Sharon and Laura are so helpful), to their technicians like Kell. I highly highly recommend them! And I will always be a return customer.

Brandon and his helper installed a new water heater for us today. They were on time, respectful of our home and yard and did a great job. This was our second time using their services. We would highly recommend them to be your first calll!

We have used Waterways Plumbing at our home multiple times for different items. Recently to get water to an outdoor sink. They are awesome to work with, highly professional, always exceed expectations. Kirt, Jeff, and Ruvim arrived on time, did a great job, friendly service. Definitely recommend for big or small project.

We went here today looking for new toilets for our bathrooms and their show room looks very nice and offers a decent variety of kitchen sinks, washing basins and toilets. I noticed that when I did a Google search for this place, they do come up but there aren't very many pictures to know where you are going so I took some pictures of the front doors and the building as well as of the inside of the show room. What ever they do not cary on the floor they can order for you.

I had a water line break in Garage during this horrible ice storm. Looked on line and they were only one to answer phone. Plumbers were in area and within 10 minutes at my home. Brandon the lead plumber was kind, professional and got right to job. PVC pipe cracked. I was shocked at how fast and focused they were. Pipe fixed in a bit over 1/2 hour. Wow I will in Spring be calling them back for some other work. While here a call came in that was just around corner same issue they were professional about it to, they could of complained, which I have seen many employees do (other companies) but No they showed great attitude. I will and have recommended to all friends and neighbors. Cost of repair very reasonable also! What a outstanding Company and again employee Brandon and his assistant were Great! Thank you for helping us so fast!!!! The Best, I don’t do many reviews on line however, I was very impressed and also called Company with my experience with them. Grateful

Came out to sleuth through the issue and work through a practical solution. Answered all my many questions. Quick response from the office on follow up quotes. scheduling was efficient.
When they came to do the work, they showed up on time, wore the little booties to protect the floors. They were efficient with their time to complete the tasks. Made sure to educate me on what they were going to do. Made sure I was aware of how much dust might be made so I could throw up some plastic to protect the room. They vacuumed up after themselves all the way to the door!
They also caught an issue I didn't see before and solved it to prevent future leaks.

Had Clint come out and replace a toilet at my grandmothers house! Was a great experience from start to finish, very prompt and easy communication, very knowledgeable and translated the information in a way that was very easy to understand, very efficient and well priced as well! We're giving Clint a 5 star review for Excellent Customer Service, Patience & Promptness. We are having issues w/ our Rheem Water Heater for a week now the Blower Fan has been acting up on & off. Rheem sent us a part replacement but have not gone that far yet to replaced it. Tuesday after 1hr. of power outage in our area the Blower Fan starts running for about 6 hrs. when were away, when we come back we turned it off manually for 15 min & turn it back on. Since then it's been working fine. Dec. is a very busy month for scheduling lots of activities plus Doctor's appointments lots of errands etc. since we're both disabled schedule dates is our issue, but Clint was very patient enough to work around our schedule to fix this WH. We will post another review once this is done & over with. The good part about this is, we still have hot water running. We'll see you soon Clint.

Clint was excellent. Quick to respond when I first reached out. Flexible with his scheduling. Gave me a thorough and accurate assessment. The repairs themselves were done without issue. Very reasonably priced. Always patient with his explanations. Would definitely work with Clint again.
