Manny came out and was very honest that my situation was not as big as I thought it was! He saved me a lot of money and took the time to explain everything.

Ross was able to come out on short notice and evaluate our plumbing issues that started with a leaking dishwasher. I appreciate the responsiveness and he is clearly knowledgeable. He was able to pin point the issues right away.

I called Rossco for a clogged toilet and they showed up within an hour. The tech was courteous and very professional and he had the toilet unclogged almost as fast as we exchanged pleasantries at the door. I would not recommend this company. Plumber never showed up for a scheduled appt and never called. I called the business and was told they would call the plumber and get back to me as soon as they got home. I never got a call back.

I installed a new faucet and it leaked. I contacted Rossco Plumbing on a Saturday and Ross and Jake came out the next day on a Sunday. It turns out I cross threaded the plastic shut off fitting, so it had to be replaced. They installed a new one promptly and were in and out of my home in not much time at all. I had the broken pipe in June and called Rossco plumping service, the staff answered the call right away eventhough it was in the weekend and Ross showed up at my house shortly to do inspection. They refered me to the companies who helps handling the floor damages with the insurance company due to the water leak. The pipe repairing was done properly by Rossco Plumpimg and the price is reasonable. I will refer the company to other friends.

I called Rossco to come out and take a look at our water filtration system because our water started having black specs in it. They came out pretty quickly and the technician diagnosed the issue fast. He explained there was buildup in the system and a couple parts that weren’t working right anymore. What I appreciated most was that they didn’t try to upsell us on anything we didn’t need. They walked us through the problem, showed us what was causing it, and gave us honest options for repair. After the fix, our water is clear again and tastes way better. Overall it was an easy, straightforward experience and I’m glad we called them.
