you'll be more than satisfied with these folks. leonard, zachary, and dale were consistently punctual, which was a refreshing change from other companies that either showed up late or didn't show up at all. i was looking to transition from oil heat to natural gas, and needed two new boilers and on-demand hot water. i got four quotes and they managed to undercut most of the other estimates by a substantial amount. they looked after everything from start to finish and i'm quite delighted with the new boilers. if you're in vancouver and in need of a reliable plumber, i highly recommend this team.

This plumber came to our home and left us with a leaking pipe that was not leaking when he arrived. He did not attempt to resolve the issue and left it leaking. When we called him back out he stated he would charge us an additional $150, complained about having to move a heavy object to repair the issue, and then stated his time is very expensive. The issue is still not resolved and we will have to hire another service in order to repair this.

Alan did a great job! He was efficient and came and fixed our problem right away explaining everything he had to do. Reasonable pricing. We will recommend him to others.

Alan is a total professional and did great work. My general contractor brought Alan out after another plumbing company kept making mistakes. Alan corrected the mistakes made by the previous plumbing company and identified (and corrected) a few additional errors we hadn't noticed yet. He explained everything he was doing as he went.
