Alan was great. He's clearly very skilled and knowledgeable. He communicated everything clearly and made sure I understood every step of the process (my plumbing and septic issues on a big, old house were a bit weird).
In a good way, he wanted to make sure things were fixed in the right way. He's also the kind of person who is willing to go above and beyond to help, sometimes even putting others needs before his own.
I appreciate his work ethic, but people are people, so I did light-heartedly remind him to make sure he takes care of himself.

Alan did a fantastic job on my mom’s (Sharon) kitchen sink issue. What a pleasant, kind young man. We so appreciate the work he did and cannot recommend him enough. Thank you, Alan!

What makes a company good? Integrity! Honoring your work! But what makes it a great company? How about honoring other people's work. Alan came not once, but twice after our install and fixed a problem that wasn't caused by him. Not only has he earned my business but my respect. It's not easy to stand out but when someone goes above and beyond for their customers and community they should be praised. Worked with First Call multiple times now and the work is always high quality. No, they're not the cheapest, but if you want detail-oriented work and a project well done you'll be very satisfied. Don't cheap out when it comes to water inside your home.

Called First Call Plumbing Services to have our shower valves replaced due to water dripping. This is the 3rd time having this done since acquiring our home 10 years ago. Kayla who took our service call was very professional and friendly. We were added to the schedule same day. Within a couple of hours, Alan showed up at our residence, once again a professional and friendly individual. Alan went through our issues thoroughly. He discovered that the root cause of our frequent valve issues was caused by too much water pressure coming into our home from the city. Also advised us that we did not have a pressure relief valve on our main line coming in, but also we did not have a pressure relief tank on our water heater to help reduce the internal pressure on our homes water system. Alan performed all of the requested & suggested work without any issues. Alan did not come here to put a band-aid on our problem, but with his knowledge, fixed the entire issue and brought our system up to code. Alan’s work ethic and knowledge were fantastic. We would highly recommend Alan from First Call Plumbing Services to anyone who needs plumbing services.

Alan and his team do a great job from start to finish. Not only bathroom toilet/sink replacement and hauling away but couple of misc. Projects as well.

I found this plumbing company highly recommended and rated in a Vancouver community Facebook group, and reached out to fix a clogged drain on back-to-back lavs (after snaking myself to no avail). Alan and his apprentice showed up very promptly the very next day, and remedied the issue while taking photos and recording detailed reasoning/steps along the way, which was all shown on the invoice. I and the house sitter(s) were extremely pleased with First Call's friendliness, professionalism, and resolving of the plumbing issue, and the price is exactly what I expected it to be. I highly recommend this company for all of your (and my future) plumbing needs, thanks team!

House repiped

i live in Nevada but own rentals in Gresham. One of my properties had a major shower drain issue, Jared was very fast to look at the problem and had it fixed immediately. I wouldn’t hesitate to call him again

We had JP Plumbing do our primary bath remodel plumbing and recently they replaced our leaking outdoor faucet. We received prompt, excellent service with a reasonable price. They are knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend them and plan on continuing to work with them as needed.

Fast and effective, easy to work with, showed up when he was supposed to, all the things that you would expect, but don't always get.
I got a couple quotes for a hot water heater replacement, they were all in the same ballpark, Jared stood out because of his effective communication and his positive attitude. His quote came back immediately, and he was quick to answer any questions that I had.
He'll be my first call for any future plumbing needs.

With a quick text to JB Plumbing about a water leak in our kitchen ceiling, he was able to come and check it out. He gave us ideas about where it might be coming from, checked out potential sources.
