Quinn and Kell are the epitome of exceptional trade professionals. We had a huge renovation project on our hands with many plumbing changes needed. Not to mention the entire house needing to be switched over from our problematic and outdated Quest (polybutylene) piping. Quinn provided multiple quotes for the various levels of work we were interested in having done. One of which included running gas lines and a re-plumb of the entire house. We couldn't have been more pleased with our decision to get everything switched over to PEX. In the attic, crawlspace, garage, tight closets and walls, they went everywhere and left a minimal footprint when done. The house was cleaner after they left! Me being a DIY'er had plenty of questions. They answered them honestly and fully every step of the way. Great attitudes, showed up on time and did I mention... They did it all in 2 days!! My house is almost complete now and I couldn't be more thankful for the help and assistance they provided. I wish all tradesmen were like you two gentlemen. Thank you!

Three separate issues over a 3 year span and they were all bad. The first was when they originally installed the water heater in my house the intake line was pinched eventually creating a whole that I had to fix with the correct length of line not pinched along with a shut off so didn't have to shut the water off to the whole house. Next the eater heater went out that they originally installed. It was less than a month after the warranty had expired so I understood I would be on the hook for it. I called them that night and told it would cost $1300 for the new tank plus installation. I said no then installed a better brand than what they were trying to sell me me for $600. The last straw was when I asked them for a simple opinion on an isue and after 8 phone calls and several emails I was jerked around, lied to, told it was going to cost $130 for a half hours worth of work they could do from their desk chair, given wrong information about the issue, and resolved nothing after it was 2 days to late. I gave one star because one of the receptionist was pleasant to talk to.

These guys are the best! Friendly, and always take the time to do the job correctly. They clean up their work space and are considerate about your home.

I highly recommend Waterways Plumbing. I’ve called them twice in the last six months with unexpected plumbing issues. They are prompt and professional and I have a lot of confidence in the quality of their work. Nothing is worse than not getting a prompt call back from a plumber.

Had Waterways inc out to find and fix a water leak in our house. Was expecting the worst due to the design of our home. They found the leak and fixed it super quick and for much less than expected. They were professional, safe, courteous and above all honest. We have used them in the past with the same results. We will be using them in the future for our home addition.

Waterways did a fantastic job on our bathroom addition. Best price, always on time and very professional. We changed our mind in the middle and they handled it like pros. Highly recommend.

I had to turn my water off due to a serious leak (old rusty metal pipes, ugh) in my main water line to my house. Laura at WaterWays scheduled a team of technicians to come out the next day to do an estimate AND (surprise for me) they tried to do a temp fix so I could have water while waiting for a repair. Unfortunately, the problem was too big for a temp fix, but fortunately they were able to schedule me in the following week. Both teams of techs were fantastic--they know their stuff and were able to get it fixed. Answered all my questions and were polite and professional throughout the whole project. Kudos to Laura, Brandon & Kell & Noah. I highly recommend WaterWays.

I used waterways back in May to install a Phyn System in my home. Having had a major flood disaster in my home I wanted this system as an extra precaution to avoid another incident. They were recommended as a certified installer from Phyn and I went with them because of that. There was excellent communication with Laura and her team regarding any questions I had even before committing to the Phyn System install. It is quite an investment so I had questions and they were more than happy to help out and if she didn't know the answer to talk to one of the installers to get me the answer. The team were on time for the day of the install with a very well stocked, organized and professional van. The team of two were very professional both wearing masks during this time of social distancing. They worked quickly and efficiently installing the system and answering any questions I had. They used top of the line materials and installed a very good looking door to access the unit. They helped me set it up on my phone and also installed two back up shut off valves for the system. They cleaned up very thoroughly afterwards and left the place looking spotless. The installers even helped me with a troublesome shower valve in between the system install, no problem!

The Phyn system is working great and they even followed up a week or so later to check if I was happy with the system and if I had any questions or concerns. This has been the best plumbing company by far.

I have used Waterways on multiple occasions and have always been very happy with their work. Most recently they were resolving a small issue under the kitchen sink, while there they found two more problems and resolved them both. These were things I was not even aware of. They will remain my go to option for all plumbing issues.

Waterways did our plumbing 15 years ago when we built our house. A couple years ago we had a washing machine flood, they came and put in a drain for us. We bought a new kitchen faucet from them recently. And today they were out to replace our original water heater. We have always had quick, professional and friendly service from them. They will always be our go to for any plumbing issues we may have.

My 84 year old mother's yard had a pool of water that was getting bigger and bigger. I called Waterways on a Sat. and Kel answered the 24 hour need call. He was so very very nice and helpful. He told me about a couple of ideas to check and I did. We were able to shut off the water and avoid more of the cost of wasted water and were able to identify that the leak was not coming from inside the house, it was out in the yard. The city came out and said it wasn't their problem. Kel came out on Monday and fixed it. He also went under the house to double inspect. I had called at least 10 different plumbers, even those with 24 emergency service listed and Waterways was the only one to answer their phone on the weekend. My mom has had them come out to her house for other unrelated jobs and they have always been so professional and kind. I will always use them in the future! Thank You!

This is the second time I had their technicians out. What a great group of people. I had all our water shut off valves in the house changed to something more user friendly. Great price, great job. I am a happy customer. My daughter has used this company as well and said the same.

We've been happy customers of Waterways for years and they have helped us repair or replace many plumbing fixtures in our own home and rental home. Today, our water heater suddenly died. I made a call to the office immediately and had a new water heater by mid-afternoon! Jake and Alan did a fantastic job of removing the old water heater and installing the new one in record time. Everyone, at Waterways is friendly, professional, and skilled. I highly recommend them!

These guys were great. Easy to give em 5 stars. On time, called before arriving. Got that v old toilet working. Nice job cleaning up. Also the dishwasher fixed. No more water splatter on counter when running. Changed out the dishwasher drain hose. Highly recommend this outfit.

This company is absolutely the best! I was having a plumbing emergency and called Waterways because I needed a second opinion. Another plumbing company left me with broken toilets and no water to my home. Then expected me to wait a week for service as well as pay over $1000 just to replace a valve and unclog my toilets. Im so glad I called Waterways, Jake and Allen came to my home. They got right to work and in less than a hour fixed 2 toilets, replaced a valve, and got the water turned back on. Also, they inspected what the the other company said needed fixed in order to turn the water on. Turns out, that wasn't necessary and the other company was trying to rip me off. I am extremely impressed with their work. They literally saved my day, my week.. and saved me hundreds, if not thousands of dollars. Jake and Allen are honest, professional and do quality work. I highly recommend Waterways for all your plumbing needs.

I called waterways and spoke with Laura early in the morning. In short order, and I mean quick, Brandon and Connor were at my house and resolved the leak between my well and holding tank. And just like that, my day was off to a bang!

I cannot possibly recommend Waterways enough! From the first phone call to the final payment, I was 100% satisfied. They are a great organization that offers their services for a very reasonable price!

No one wants to be in a situation where they have to call a plumber, but I will be using these guys every time I need help! Kells and Noah showed up, were extremely professional, friendly, and got to work addressing the issue right away. Before I knew it, they had cleaned their work area and were out the door. To top it all off, the cost was not outrageous. Best plumbing experience I have ever had! Next time I need the help of a pro, these are the guys I will be calling! Thank you for the fantastic service!

This company only works with home owners. If you're renting, they won't speak with you. A strange experience after working with several plumbers in the past. About as unhelpful an interaction as I could have dreamt.

I take care of the homes I live in. That's part of what my lease requires if there were a question, and it's not the place of a contractor to decide who gets to call for a job. Poor customer service got the rating it deserved here,

Kirt and crew are great! They are professional, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. Another company came out for a blockage and told us we needed to tear up our floors (slab foundation) and replace our entire main sewer line through the house. Fortunately, we got a 2nd opinion from Water Ways. Minor cleaning and video confirmed that pipes are still in good condition. Saved us a ton of money. I would highly recommend them!

I am so happy with my new tub and surround! Kirt, Jake and Alan were amazing! My bathroom was spotless after the demo and again after installation. They were very knowledgeable and friendly- did everything I needed for a very fair price. Laura in the office was also great. I highly recommend Waterways to anyone needing plumbing!
