Our washer stopped working and they came out at 8 pm to diagnose the issue. After determining the gear box needed replacing, they gave me an estimate for parts and labor. We decided that a new washer was the better option but now know that our 6 year old washer was not economically repairable. We bought a different brand.

We have a JennAir Whirlpool built-in oven diagnosed and had the control panel replaced. The service provided by Appliance ER is excellent, prompt, and efficient. Technician is very professional, knowledgeable, friendly, punctual, and honest. The price is very reasonable and pricing is transparent. I would definitely call Appliance ER again for any future appliance repairs. Highly recommended!!!

The serviceman was quick to come out. I showed his report to the office and asked if they would share in the cost. Their policy is just to replace the whole unit, so that is what happened. The service man's diagnosis helped them replace it very quickly, for which I'm very grateful.

Both our washing machines decided to break at the same time so my wife called and they actually scheduled us on a Sunday afternoon of Labor Day weekend. We were given a 2 hour window and the technician arrived during the first hour of the window and had both machines running within an hour after his arrival.
