This company is the best. They went above and beyond to help me. I was having my kitchen tile redone and needed a particular service for my gas stove. I reached out to 30 different companies all who said they did not offer this particular service. Initially it was the same with Major Appliance, but desperate, I reached back out to see if they knew anyone who could help me and explained my situation. I had waited months for this tiling project and didn’t realize this whole stove situation could ruin it all at the last minute. Immediately I received a response back from the owner “yikes let me figure something out”. Not to mention this was all late at night as I couldn’t sleep with the stress of not knowing how I was going to handle this problem. major Appliance worked overnight to figure something out and found two techs that could help me. Honestly the above and beyond the call of duty help restored my faith in humanity which also was right before Thanksgiving, for which they have my gratitude. True kindness to help a stranger out. They saved the day. Not to mention Igor was very prompt, reliable, professional and efficient. I could not recommend this company more.

Dishwasher stopped working, called several places major appliance was both well reviewed and able to get out within a day

Had the problem diagnosed within 15 minutes after arrival and had the problem fixed within another 30 minutes

Igor was great and he cleaned up very well after himself, had some suggestions for things for me to do to fix some nagging other issues. I'm not going to say they were cheap, but I also don't think they were overly exorbitant.

For today's world, they are as good as it gets. Fast, efficient, clean and didn't put any pressure on me to buy extras

Igor came and diagnosed why my dryer was making the awful noise. Turns out two rollers were bad, one having fallen off. He quickly replaced them. Very nice and efficient. I will use their services again.

Igor is a whiz kid! He came to assess and diagnose a problem. Instead he fixed it. Our downdraft vent hasn’t worked for years. Other repair companies refused to work on the brand and one made the vent worse. Igor diagnosed the problem as soon as he took it apart and now it’s up and running! We are very happy. He’s straight forward and the company was super responsive. Happy customers!

Easy online scheduling with updates about arrival times! The friendly, punctual, knowledgable and professional technician repaired our GL refrigerator without any problems, even giving me a chance to clean behind it! ;) It's reassuring to have found a reliable team for any future repairs needed!

I was quoted $540 for a dishwasher water pump. Dishwashers cost $3-600. Suggest that I replace the dishwasher, or find a price point that makes sense. Also, a dishwasher water pump costs $35-80. Waste of time.
