The booking was easy and when they came out a few days later they were able to run a wire to let the ice melt instead of building up in the freezer. And they had a part that could replace part of our ice maker. Awesome job 👍

We have a Viking refrigerator that is over 20 years old. It was not working properly and Jeremy came to repair it. Although his first repair did not solve the problem and had to come back three times to finally resolve it, he was always professional and never charged us extra for his follow up visits. We certainly appreciate his methodical and step by step approach. Instead of replacing many parts at once, he trouble shot them and made we sure didn't spend more on parts than was necessary. He always came as soon as he was able, often the same day, to follow up on his previous repair. Although it took a bit of time, we are very appreciative of his iterative approach and his professionalism. We are glad to have called 911 Seattle Appliance Repair and will happily work with them again.

Great customer service needs to be recognized. I was very impressed with Kim and didn’t expect the service I received. After spending 10 plus hours on research and not finding the problem, I reached out and got connected to Kim. I needed help troubleshooting a temp sensor short on a Kitchen Aid oven and Kim basically walked me through every possible area until we determined we needed a new control board. In fact, the control board was in stock at a nearby warehouse and I was able to pick it up myself. For someone that enjoys working on my own stuff, this was the perfect experience and I will keep coming back and will be recommending Kim to all my friends who work on their own stuff.

Kihm was amazing!!!!

The repair guy forced me to sign a letter to pay him $96 before looking at the machine, which I paid! Then, he claimed he reboot the machine whithin 2 min and the problem is solved! The problem was not solved and I asked for a refund which was never received! He did not know how to fix the machine( U had to ask someone else to look at it! The issue was a control panel which needed to be replaced! Dont recommend! Waste of money and time!

Wow, these folks are great! Our dryer stopped working. I called them in the afternoon and they came first thing the next morning. Repair person was super knowledgeable, courteous and nice. He diagnosed the problem and fixed it in just under an hour. Terrific customer service.

Jim came out to work on my Bosch dishwasher that was leaking. He was able to repair it that day. He was prompt and very professional. I will definitely call them again!

I've been searching high and low for someone to fix our office refrigerators and I guess they're a weird brand and not a lot of people work on them. Appliance Service Plus didn't have anyone to assist but the woman who answered the phone was very sweet and helpful in pointing me to who would be able to assist. Wanted to leave the positive feedback on how nice they were to try and find someone to help even though they personally couldn't!

I had a strong odor in my kitchen and I thought it was my refrigerator. They came out next day even though I called after 5 on a holiday weekend and inspected everything. Could find nothing wrong, so they tried to help me diagnose it. Very responsive, knowledgeable, professional and helpful. Did not try to sell me something I didn't need. Highly recommend!

This place is fantastic, I have used them three times now for various issue I have had with my appliances, the customer service is incredible!! You get the customer care you are looking for from a company that is there to actually help meet your needs and not just come out and do a quick fix and it breaks again. The tech that came out to my house was very knowledgeable and was able to quickly fix the issues with my washer and educate us as well!! Thank you so much.

I had an appliance emergency. I called Appliance Service Plus and spoke to Kihm. Although I did the service myself, because I needed to do it immediately, Kihm took the time to make sure I located the appropriate parts and explained to me some installation details based on his experience that did help. I would definitely recommend them and will keep their number in my contacts list for any future appliance service.

I wish I could add another star!! I called and spoke with a highly knowledgeable person by the name of Kihm. Too my surprise he offered to help me diagnose the problem. I'm quite handy and have all the tools needed. Ended up needing a defrost heater and they had it in stock at a very fair price. Not many businesses around that offer that type of service and I consider myself lucky to find this one.

Had a Maytag drier issue that we called these guys about and the person who was helping us on the phone, Kihm, was very helpful. He gave us a very detailed answer as to what our options of repair would be, as well as, set us up for a repair with his own personal referral. Communication was amazing. You can tell he cares about his customers and thinks ahead. I would recommend this place to others!

I've been in the repair business for 20 years in my own company. I spoke on the phone with a tech here at Appliance Service Plus about my old refrigerator, and felt it was like talking to my brother. He got the model, the build, the age, and said it was a great piece of equipment, and the repair was simple, and he told me how to fix it. Refrigerators today are a major problem, they don't last much at all. Mine will survive since it was made prior to some point in time when they cheapened all of them, so we'd have to buy more often. I am hoping mine can be fixed into the future, because though it's old-school, it just runs quiet and cold, solid as a rock. Any repairs it needs will go to this guy and his company, for sure. And that goes for you, too, take it from me, a 74 year old repairman, this is the place, work with them, and you'll be as good as it gets. Repairs are usually hard work, but those who make business into an art form, like these folks, will get as close to perfection as you can in this "Almost World". -Bob Luhrs

Nick was very knowledgeable and helped us evaluate the issues with our dishwasher very quickly and professionally. Since it wasn't worth fixing, he gave some advice for what to buy as a replacement.

I made a mistake contacting Puls to repair my friend's GE oven in Tacoma. Booked an appointment last night for this morning between 10:00 and noon. They showed up, looked at the problem, and said they'd be right back, just had to get another wire. My friend took part of the day off work and waited....and waited, and waited. Almost three hours later, after hearing nothing, she contacted Puls. They told her the simple wire connecting to her baking element wasn't made anymore. After paying them $89.00 for the basic rate to schedule an appointment, if she hadn't contacted them, we don't know if they would have ever returned to tell her after taking her money that they couldn't repair her oven. They were very nonchalant when she said it was kind of unprofessional for the repair technician not to return. Deal with this company at your own risk. I'd give them a quarter star if I could.

Kihm is hands down the most knowledgeable and honest appliance technician I have ever dealt with. If you have an appliance issue, he is the guy!!

Easy 5 star review. Dryer stopped heating and had never attempted to fix one myself before. I called and spoke with Kim on the phone who walked me through everything step by step to diagnose the issue. He knew exactly how to help and I felt like he was in the room with me over the phone.

The part I needed was in stock and at a local location. Then arriving at the service center, the clerk was prompt and friendly, including already having my items already set aside.

All in all, I hope my appliances last forever (obviously) but if there ever is another issue, I'll easily use Appliance Service Plus again.

Great company!! Called to ask about our whirlpool refrigerator and Kihm was fantastic. He walked us through the fix and with his instructions we should be able to get our freezer working again. He spent quite a bit of time over the phone. We will definitely use this company for any future issues with our appliances.

Over the years I have had the pleasure of dealing with this local business that knows its stuff. When I first walked in many years ago my eyes noticed a large poster of The Three Stooges on the wall. I knew I was in the right place. 🤣 Seriously., Kihm has been an outstanding advocate for customers, including giving little useful tips for us DIYers. He encourages people to fix their old mechanical appliances knowing that they were built like tanks, unlike the junk appliances made today with a half-life shorter than my two marriages.

A couple times I used their at-home repair service for a big job and they were also great.
