Le is the real deal. He has come in to our business on multiple occasions to rescue one of our coolers. He is always very up front about costs and work required. He is our go to guy.

My refrigerator stopped working and with a call it was fixed up and working again within a hour. The technician was friendly and curious and took the time to explain what went wrong with the mechanism and what was done to fix it. All in all a good experience.

I called this company to see about repairing a couple commercial refrigerators. Before I got a chance to even describe the problems these refrigerators were facing he simply interrupted me saying "No Thank you, Thank you" and abruptly hung up. I thought that was a very weird way to end a call, especially after he said he *did* look at commercial refrigerators, so I called him back saying I think we got disconnected somehow and he started shouting at me in a different language and hung up.

I don't care if he's having a bad day or whatnot, verbal assault is not a way to conduct business with a prospective client.

My advice, avoid this guy - BIG TIME.

Man! Le came and fixed my beer fridge in my taproom, on a Saturday! Fair price, and done in 45 minutes! Had the parts, told me the price up front, and went to work once I agreed. I found my new refer guy!

Intuitive and experienced! Nice guy shows up and gets the job done right. Doesn’t waste time. Has the experience to diagnose and fix problems.

Thuan is an excellent repair contractor. We use him exclusively at all of our properties and he always does what he says he will do. He has created a service plan with regular maintenance and cleaning of the units. We needed a last minute Saturday call, no problem for Thuan. Got a reach in working beautifully in under an hour!

Le was fast, efficient and knowledgeable of our walk-in issue. He was upfront about pricing and was able to execute immediately. Would definitely call back for any other fridge repairs!

Great service! I just recently made Le my go-to. He knows what he’s doing. Super efficient, honest, relatable, reliable and goes out of his way to provide you with the best service - 10 out of 10!

I got scammed for $390 for a 10 minute replacement for a thermostat controller that did not even fix the problem. I tried to contact him several times over the last 5 days and he never responded.

I called a different company and they fixed the issue no problem. I attached two different invoices and you can see a clear difference in service provided. The invoice from this business is labeled "Le Thuan AVR".

This company is shady, none of the information matches his invoice. Do not trust this guy. If I could put -5 stars I would.

BEWARE this guy runs under multiple business names in Seattle area.

Le fixed our fridge no problems at all! And was great to work with. We had a very difficult time getting our fridge repaired on two prior occasions. And had reconciled ourselves to the idea facing a battle every time something went wrong. I wish we’d called him first!!!!!

Our walk-in was broke down the other day. We need fix ASAP called Mr. Le, he showed up right away and fixed immediately. He is very professional, and found out the issue, and let us know where we need to replace or maintain in the future. We are so lucky and happy to have him. If you need someone help for your refrigeration system he is the guy.
