Good communication from the company. The technician seemed knowledgeable. The oven wasn't working but when he showed up it was working. They said he will come back at no charge if it stops working within a month.

I needed someone to help me uninstall and then reinstall a gas oven/range in my kitchen relatively urgently. 911 Seattle was super helpful and responsive and the technician that came out was punctual and professional and efficient. Even went above and beyond by helping me peel off a bunch of stickers on the oven and help me put the legs on before putting it in. Would highly recommend!

This was a challenging repair of both the refrigerator and freezer for our 32 year old Sub Zero. It took many days and return trips to get the old girl working properly again. But our repairman Jeremy was so great. He never gave up and just kept going to "plan B" or "plan C" until it finally all came together. I appreciate his tenacity and perseverance. And now we have a wonderful, well-made appliance that should continue to work for years to come!

I was extremely pleased with Nazar's quick diagnosis, detailed and realistic solutions. He was friendly, knowledgeable and I felt very trustworthy. At this point I did not proceed with the work because it may be more efficient to replace my appliance. The diagnosis price was fair ($129 = tax) but the repair costs were higher than I anticipated so I am pausing until I can research replacement options. Although, I have not yet decided to do the repair, his communications remain friendly and professional. I would definitely call them again.

When the repair tech Sergei was delayed at an earlier job, he contacted me with a new ETA and still arrived within the 12-3 time frame that I was originally expecting. He fixed my clothes washer quickly, provided advice on how to avoid a similar issue in the future, packed up his equipment and left the laundry area spotless. He did a great job, and I would definitely use this company again.

Had a dryer on the fritz but I knew repair was likely. I did the usual - called/emailed several companies. These guys were the first to pick up the phone (with a live body!) and they got a technician out the same day to get it looked at. The tech ordered the parts and was back in a few days.
