Igor showed up to replace the boot seal of my Samsung washer. He was prompt and respectful. Got the job done in* less than an hour. And now my washer no longer leaks! Would definitely recommend Major Appliance Repair again!

He did great job both times, everything is working fine. Also he gives the best price possible (I mean really good price) as he does the work himself, no middleman involved. Highly recommend!

Igor did a good job diagnosing and fixing the clothes dryer issue. However, he did not reinstall the control panel flush with the dryer leaving the operational buttons recessed into the dryer. Igor agreed to return the next day and quickly fixed the control panel.

Technician never showed up. I called twice on the day of the appointment, the office first said 3:30 and then said 5:30. Third call went to their voice mail. My tenent waited the entire afternoon but the guy never showed up. The level of unprofessionalism is incredible. DONT waste your time with this shop.
