I called the company to check their service information and get a quote about check up service. The guy said he is busy and then, hung up the phone.
I googled and found the company with good reviews.
How did they get good reviews from people? So disappointing!!

Lee is fantastic. Very responsive, every time we've needed him he's there that same day. He doesn't leave till the job is finished and things working properly. Support small businesses like this one!

The only company in the Seattle area that was able to fix my freezer emergency same day. Le showed up 30 min before he quoted, had the problem identified and fixed within an hour. Great guy, hard worker and no BS. 10 out of 10 recommend and will call again for any refrigeration needs!

I spoke to a man who I presume is Le and answered his questions at length about my commercial grade wine cooler that needed repair. He finally said maybe he could service it on the weekend but was very busy at that moment so I said I'd see if I could find another way. Called him back to take him up on the offer and he flatly refused because it happens to be in a house (even though it's commercial grade equipment). He knew this before, I was very clear, so why waste my time?

When asked if he had any recommendations, he said no and explained that I should "use Google to look for someone who works on this equipment." My dude, how do you think I found your number??

Generally speaking I can see what the other low reviewers are talking about - he's not very polite or customer friendly.

After more than several attempts to find someone to help me in a pinch with our commercial walk in cooler after the recent heat wave I thankfully found Le! Not only did he answer the call, he was able to make it out same day and had me back up and running faster than any other company I’ve used in the past. Really quick arrival, and the friendliest service. My technician made sure I knew what he was doing at every moment, and walked me through what was the matter, how he could fix it, and what it would cost, all in a way I could understand.
My fridge was back working within 1.5 hours of my first phone call. He made sure I had a grasp on my warranty, and walked me through pricing again before I wrote a check. Such a great experience.

Highly recommend Le! I called him on a Friday afternoon and he was at my studio the next morning! He was extremely knowledgeable about my flower cooler and knew what was wrong with it right away. Everything was fixed and in great working order within an hour or so for a reasonable price!

He was able to locate, diagnose and repair our unit that had a fan blade snap in half that also caused additional damage to the unit. I was extremely impressed how quickly he repaired the unit and had our walk-in running in about an hours time from the time he stepping on site.

Far and away the best and most responsive refrigeration repair I’ve ever used. Super friendly, fair pricing and quick response time. I own a commissary kitchen with over 21 refrigeration units and anytime we need help, Lee is there for us. In my business it really pays to have someone like Lee on your side. I just received a call from the owner to ask me delete this review. I asked him why? He said it’s company policy. So your company policy is just charge $275 for diagnosing?
I can find hundreds of companies charge small amounts for diagnosing. I don’t use your company because your repair charge is unfair, what I said on my last review is the truth. You do charge $275 only for diagnosing. Expensive.

Lee is fantastic! He came and fixed our walk-in the same day we contacted him, and he scheduled the necessary maintenance to keep our refrigeration system up-to-date and fully functional. Very communicative and responsive with great customer service.

Lee was amazing to work with! Lee was at my business with in 1 hour when i called him with an emergency. When he arrived, Lee was quick to assess the issue, and found the problem (and fixed it) quickly! I wont hesitate to use Lee’s service again!

We own a small wine bar / restaurant and on the first day of the week came in to find our fridge at a balmy 60° and the smell of burning plastic lingering in the air. After panic dialing a few numbers, I finally connected with Bellevue Commercial Refrigeration Repair. They responded immediately! They were able to assess & repair the issue the very next day.
