There were many things to keep track of, as we had new countertops, cabinets, appliances, floors, shelves, pantry, and more—yet Alex was on top of it all and made it feel simple. We could trust that all our miscellaneous requirements were accounted for in the end product, including small things like the location of extra outlets or switches.

His team was clean and careful. They set up plastic walls to contain dust, and cleaned up behind themselves at the end of the day, so nothing was ever out of hand.

As mentioned, we're pretty particular, so we had a few things here and that we pointed out to Alex to get fixed, such as a wall being slightly crooked or a part of the floor being creaky. He was always able to quickly fix things and get them to a great end state. As with any contractor, it's always best to be up front and honest about how you feel about the results—and with Alex, we were always able to make things up to our standards.

The final result was very polished and lived up to all our expectations! We're very happy with our new kitchen and we would recommend Alex to anyone looking to remodel part of their home. It's quite hard to find a competent contractor and Alex and his team are a breath of fresh air. After interviewing several local contractors, we hired Beaver Build to remodel our primary and guest bathrooms this fall. I am very pleased with the results, as their workmanship was top notch. The team was detail-oriented and meticulous in their execution. As most of the bath is tile, its installation was of utmost importance to me. I am extremely happy with the job they did. The grout lines are perfectly level and even - a feat unto itself!

The Project Manager was on top of his team, on-site as needed, provided timely progress reports and properly set expectations with us homeowners as the work stretched beyond the expected timeframe. Beaver Build was true to their estimate and did not add on extra charges for the bumps they inevitably encountered working on a century old house.
