I hired Beaver Build to help repair my first-floor bathroom in Southwest Seattle, which had suffered moisture damage due to poor ventilation. From start to finish, the experience was smooth, professional, and exceeded expectations.

Beaver Build was SO easy to work with! Alex was quick to give us a fair quote, work with our insurance, and get the job done in a timely manner. He was super responsive to questions and made sure the job ran smoothly;giving us a timeline and what to expect each day. On top of all that, all of the work was very well done. The process was very smooth and fast. We booked a consultation and Alex gave us an initial quote. The work started a week later and everything was finished in about a month. We wanted to remove a wall from our bathroom and replace everything in it, as well as removing the wooden planks in our basement and install drywall. We also replaced the carpet and baseboards in all the bedrooms. Alex communicated everything to us and we were very hands off during the entire process. We picked all the materials and the team worked on it very fast. Overall it was a great experience and we will go with Beaver Build again in the future if we need more remodeling.

Alex and team are great. Specifically Pavlov from his team was able to change out the range hood in our kitchen pretty effortlessly. Alex is great at communicating and almost always responds to all our texts . We are very happy with the quality of service that we got. Will most definitely hire them again.

We worked with Beaver Build recently for a medium/large project involving our Kitchen Island, Cabinets, Countertop, Back splash and Garage remodel into a new bedroom and bath. Alex and team are truly hard-working professionals with knowledge about all aspects of construction. They worked on the required permits/inspections, scheduling, framing, painting, carpet installation, bathroom tiles, fixtures, plumbing, electrical: the whole setup. Communication was always great, and Alex was available for all our questions. So, after work for 4-5 months, we are finally extremely happy with the end result. Beaver Build has been very communicative, punctual, and professional for a small bathroom update project in my condo unit. Alex got me scheduled for a consult, arrived right on time with a heads up via text, and got me an estimate right away with an option for a super quick project start time. Pavlo knocked out the job within about half a day, and my new bathroom baseboard trim looks great!

I had a phenomenal experience with BeaverBuild. I had an attempted break-in that left my front door compromised. After reading multiple positive reviews on Thumbtack, I reached out to BeaverBuild. So happy that I did. I have used Thumbtack many times and this was my best experience yet.

I was contacted almost immediately after my post, scheduled within minutes. Communication was a breeze - Alex gave me a price to replace my door, offered dates (even escalated due to my urgency) he responded to several follow up questions before the appointment, and then, it gets even better…. Pavlo was equally amazing! He showed up on time and ready to get to work. He provided important product guidance that would have led to long term costs and helped me find a solution. He even helped me load the new door into the truck I rented.

The door I bought was a different size than my existing frame, never fear, Pavlo knew exactly what was needed and extended easily. He stayed quite late to get the door painted and cleaned up all in the same day so I didn’t have to wait to get it painted later. He was extremely meticulous and even when I said it was cleaned up enough he kept vacuuming to make sure it looked perfect when he was done.

I have had some really challenging experiences with other contractors so I know when I find a good one. I’m reluctant to share my secret for fear they will always be busy when I need them, but they deserve it!

Alex and team put in a built in fireplace/grill on my patio and couldn't be more pleased with the results. Alex listened to what I was looking for and helped put together a pretty comprehensive plan. Communication was top notch. His team was excellent with the demo/build. I would absolutely call them for any project around the house.

Beaverbuild was our contractor for a home remodel project, and the work was executed well and completed on schedule. Their scope included general contracting, full house painting, door staining, flooring, backsplash installation, and select HVAC changes, all handled by Alex’s team. Kitchen cabinets were completed by Kerf Design, and countertops were done by Inca Stone Works. We would gladly work with Beaverbuild again on future projects.

An SUV accident knocked down the center post on our two-car garage and the doors were wiped out as well. Alex interpreted the need for a strong replacement center post and his team did a perfect job of rebuilding the surrounds for that post. He assigned Vasya & Alex to the job. They are courteous, punctual and efficient. Rebuilt the center post with stable base and perfect match for the later garage door installers' requirements. Perfect color match on the trim, etc. Glad to recommend Beaver Build!

We worked with Alex and team for a bathroom transformation into a laundry/mud room and renovation of an entertainment/gym room. There are a few things about Beaver Build that stood out comparing to other companies that we got consultations from:

1. Alex is extremely responsive and transparent. He always follows up and details each work item. He also stayed on top of everything the whole project, made sure we had enough heads up time for various scheduling and room for making changes to the plan before any work was finalized/conducted. Anywhere we needed adjustments to the original plan, he offered alternatives and made sure the contract was updated accordingly.

2. The team worked really hard to stay on schedule even with the New Year's and MLK holidays, and we're very pleased with the results. Also shout out to Pavlo who is super skilled, efficient and extremely clean with his work site. He pushed really hard to wrap things up at the end without compromising work quality, which was very impressive!

3. Reasonable pricing and transparency: we originally decided to go with Alex because of the reasonable quote, although the plumbing part ended up higher than expected, Alex communicated ahead of time and offered alternative plans. We're happy with the final decision we made.

Overall we're very happy with the result and had a smooth experience working with the team. Highly recommend Beaver Build for any house projects.

They replaced an old garage door with a fancy/elaborate sliding glass door. Alex talked us thru options to help narrow down choices. They came out once to measure and make sure the door we liked had appropriate clearance before making the purchase. Door was installed in a day. Crew was great… hardly knew they were there. No issues during install and they did a really great job cleaning up. Will definitely hire them again.

The Beaver Build team did an amazing job on our hallway bath remodel! We couldn’t be happier with how smoothly the entire process went and the end result. A couple of things I wanted to call out:

- Alex did a wonderful job coordinating the entire project. We went back and forth for a couple of months before we green lit the remodel, and he was patient throughout, answering our questions and addressing our concerns in a really professional manner. I’m also impressed with how responsive he was from start to finish.

- Sergei and Vlad were a dream team! They were true professionals who worked hard to get our project done in record time. Their work was impeccable and they even helped me make some design decisions which turned out beautifully. Most importantly, they were really nice people and truly respectful of our time and space.
