I have used this company for many years, for a large variety of jobs at our home. No matter what I ask them to repair, replace or create, they seem to be able to do just about anything! Indoors or outside, they can do it successfully. I highly recommend Lake Washington Construction to anyone and everyone. I have never had any problems at all.

Had Denis and his crew out to my place a couple times, once for a medium/large job to renovate a sunroom and another time for a smaller job to complete some demo work. We had a list of repairs including full painting to get our townhome ready for sale. IAleksander went through the list and knocked them out one by one. He prepares a thorough fixed quote with everything itemized. Sets up a day and the. Finishes the job on time and with meticulous detail. Costs are very reasonable and on low end compares to others. He also does the work himself.

We have now had Alex do several jobs for us, building shelves, installing range hood, and repaired flood damage replacing insulation, drywall, mudding, and painting throughout the entire boat house. He is very skilled, detail oriented, and delivers impeccable work. We will continue to use him on all projects big and small.

I had Alex change out a kitchen stove exhaust, replace a couple of faucets, tighten kitchen cabinet door hinges that were coming apart and install tint film on a clear pantry door. Outstanding work.

I hired Alex to help remodel after a water leak. He installed new flooring, baseboards, repaired and painted walls, and set up new appliances. He’s very detail-oriented and takes pride in his work. I’ll definitely be using his services again.

Alex worked on several house maintenance tasks for me including kitchen sink sealing, re-grout of the kitchen countertop and shower, and fixing doors that did not lock due to misalignment.

Alex showed up on time, worked very hard, is very detail-oriented, and came up with a brilliant solution. One job in particular could have cost quite a lot but he came up with a very economical yet functional idea that solved the issue. The bottom of the shower cabin was to re-grouted but then the new grout color would have made the grout above where years of usage accumulated would look old. Alex scraped off lightly the existing grout and sealed. So the job was much cheaper than replacing all the grout between so many tiles in the shower.

Alex works very quietly and clean, I could not even tell what job he was working on. He was also very efficient with his time, so that he did not have wasted motion.

I would hire Alex any time when I need help.
