We recently completed a kitchen and laundry room remodel with North Vision Builders, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. Working with David was easy and fun. I jokingly started calling him my second husband in the initial stages of our build, as I was talking and texting with him multiple times a day. There was never a text unread or a call not returned the same day. Communication was a breeze!

Good services and friendly management

I bought a house that was remodeled by this company. The owner couldn't say enough great things about them. She told me just call them if there are any issues that the garage waterproofing had a lifetime guarantee and it was starting to crack...well she was wrong. I called them and no response. i called again and no response. The situation got so bad that it was mold was going in our garage and I finally got someone to answer and she said they don't do small jobs like that anymore find someone else. I said that it was suppose to have a warranty. She begrudging looked up the account and said that the guy that worked on in no longer worked for them. So? She would see what the product ways so we could find someone else. She never got back to me. I called at least 3-4 more times no response again. I work with contractors all the time and quality contractors get back to you. Sadly the owners of this house paid them a lot of money to do "quality work" They don't stand by their work and they don't do quality work..as the garage waterproofing had cracks in it a few years after the construction. I guess they were nice to her when she was getting work done because it looks like she spent two or three hundred thousand with this company. Now I am stuck. No idea what the product that failed was, no warranty despite the paperwork, I would not hire these guys or buy any spec home from them. They treat you well and then move on...with no warranty or follow up. I don't think they would be in business now except Seattle is so on fire anyone with a hammer seems to be busy.

I dealt with both the owner of this business personally and with the business itself and am unimpressed with both. The rental that I guess is going to be a spec home for the construction company was being worked on during my tenancy. The crew that could speak English and knew norms of decency were still rude and hard to work with. I can not imagine hiring a company and having such a crew show up. No thanks I'll pass. The owner is says one things and does another. It took him a month to check me out of a building I rented and he charged me for the time it took. All this after Changing my moving day plans around his construction crews last minute scheduling. There are many people to work with, this is one group I would stay away from.

It's been 5 years now since I bought this house and Cornell and his crew did the original work, completed in less than a month so I could rent the house out until I could move in myself. I now live in my "new" house in Seattle. One the past 3 years, they have remodeled the master bath, added a laundry room, paved the back which was a mud pit, and totally gutted and remodeled the main floor: kitchen, bath, dining and living rooms and rebuilt the front and back porches and refinished the decks. All of this with good humor, timeliness and very competitive pricing. I am shocked at any other feedback since I was living in the house the entire time these projects were going on and had only positive experiences with Cornell and his staff. In the middle of all of this I came down with a serious flu and one of the crew came back from Lowe's having stopped at a drug store and brought me Gatorade and crackers! Mine is a 1914 house and there were many problems to be solved. Cornell worked smoothly with my designer to get me what I wanted and "made good" on any problems that came up, even when it was one of the many problems caused by the cabinet maker.

Absolutely the best contractor! I found them after our previous contractor did a horrible job and we were so lucky to find Cornell. They did a perfect job, absolutely no complains. Good communication, on schedule, very clean, and a great attention to details. It felt like they were working on a project for their own house, they did everything the right way without cutting any corners. 100% recommend!

We contracted with Cornell and his company to remodel a guest bathroom. The results and interactions with them were great. They answered all our questions honestly and in great detail. We appreciated the craftsmanship and attention to detail that each crew member had for their piece of the project. Cornell himself was always responsive, upfront and incredibly helpful in walking us through each part of the process. We hope to work with him again on future projects.

We have worked with Cornell on several projects in our home over the last decade and I can tell you that he is fair, honest, responsive, and that he truly values his customers. He has refaced our fireplace, remodeled a hall bath, and most recently put a two story addition on our home. The mere fact that he has earned our repeat business should tell you all you need to know. I have worked with enough contractors to know that when you find a good one, you need not look elsewhere. Cornell's pricing is fair and transparent, his crew is polite and keeps their work area clean, and the quality of his work is outstanding. When problems arise, as they inevitably do, Cornell is always quick to respond, sending his people to fix the problem no matter if its the evening or the weekend. I can't recommend him highly enough.

Cornell’s crew just finished remodeling our basement and three bathrooms. Cornell was fair, honest and always available to answer our questions. He helped with selecting our products and styles. Every member of his crew showed great attention to detail, especially Christi! We are very happy with the results and will definitely use them in the future.

Dusty and Steve and team were great to work with from budgeting through close out. Very responsive, professional and attentive to detail. Navigated complicated phased tenant improvement work in an occupied building. Solid GC for commercial work in and around Bellevue.

Their bid was very competitive and they walked me through the pricing and timeline prior to signing the contract.
