Best service I have ever received in Kirkland! Fresh Exteriors responded promptly and came by my place within an hour of inquiry, and fixed the issue comprehensively within another hour. The owner, Patrick, is very professional, punctual, reliable and handy. 10/10 would recommend for all exterior services!

Fresh Exteriors cleaned the roof of my house and gazebos over the decks, cleaned my gutters, polished the outside of the gutters and hung Christmas lights. The debris from cleaning the roofs was immense and it was all cleaned up after the job was finished. I will use them in the future.

I'm impressed with Fresh Experiors' work! They just finished power washing my house and did way more than I expected. They tackled some stubborn spots on the north side that were permanent.

They showed up right when they said they would (which rarely happens these days). The owner walked me through everything before starting and checked in afterward to ensure I was happy.

This is a well-run business that I found on-line. Our roof was very mossy in areas, and the gutters were full to the brim. Everything was cleaned beautifully, and then the driveway was blown off so everything looks clean again. This is a company to use every time you need something on the exterior cleaned. They were exactly on time and very polite.

Very difficult steep pitch roof. Hasn’t been cleaned in two years and now it looks new. Very difficult to get the needles out of presidential shingles, now the best since roof installed. They have top quality equipment and did a great job. After using three different companies they’ve are the best! Reasonably priced too.

Jacob arrived on time, was polite, knew his business, answered my questions about awning cleaning, and did a great job. I appreciate that the company does not use triclosan or other dangerous chemicals. This awning had not been cleaned for many years, but Jacob got rid of the debris and mildew while not being overly aggressive with the fabric/structure. He finished well within the estimated time. Highly recommend!

Quality of service-wise, Fresh Exteriors left our place shiny and bright! They were able to reach our high windows and skylights, and washed and cleaned our decks with care. They were attentive to details, thorough, and even went above and beyond to be sure we were satisfied! They used their own water and product, and cleaned up nicely before they left. The Fresh Exteriors did an incredible job cleaning and removing moss from our asphalt roof.

It’s been a long time since we cleaned our roof and it was about as bad as it gets, but they were committed to doing great work regardless of its state.

They walked us through their moss soft wash process, were very thorough with cleaning, and left us with clear gutters (previously clogged) and every inch of moss on the roof dead. Jacob did a great job with ground-level cleanup and put everything back as we had it on the patio.

Finding a company of young, professional, honest guys (that actually knows the ins and outs of what they’re doing) is very difficult to come by these days. We’ll be sharing their info with our friends and family who also need all kinds of exterior cleaning done.

Patrick was a super communicator., very responsive. I particularly like that he is an owner operator, who gives great service at a fair price.
