Recently had my hardwood floors refinished and decided to have my Turkish area rug cleaned at the same time. DA Burns picked up the rug the morning work began on the floors, and delivered it a few days after the floors were finished. The rug looked great, as beautiful and vibrant as it did when I purchased it ten years ago. DA Burns' pick up and delivery service made everything so easy!

Your technician Blake did a great job steam cleaning all the traffic areas of the house. It wasn’t until later, after he left, that I realized he didn’t clean the kitchen chair seat pads. I thought I requested that but perhaps I didn’t. Can you come back another time and clean my 8 chair seats?

I had a 5x8 rug cleaned and purchased a 1/4" thick rug pad. I was helped immediately and the attendant carried the items from and to my car for me.

I was extremely happy to find a rug cleaner that knows how to clean Bijar rugs. I thought the price was right and the rug was cleaned to my satisfaction. DA Burns was recommended by a rug dealer in Albuquerque NM who sells and cleans exotic rugs and gave this company a good rating. Customer service was good and answered my questions. I had the rug shipped back to my address in Silverdale and that went ok but it was delayed mainly due to waiting for FedEx to pick up the rug from DA Burns.

Personal service, they listen to your needs and suggest options that cover a variety of budgets and goals. They did a great job with the two rugs I had them refinish the ends and clean them. They look fantastic and I am happy with the results. I wish I had better recall with names, but the gentleman that helped me at every stage was friendly and professional and gave me all the information I needed. I never felt pressured, just informed to make the best decision about my rugs.

I have used D.A. Burns for years and remain completely satisfied. Recently, I dropped off two area rugs. The attendant came out to the car and carried the rugs into the store. We looked at the rugs together and discussed the need for cleaning. I was on my way within 10 minutes. Earlier in the day, I signed up for a discount program but forgot to mention it. I was notified by the bookkeeper that afternoon that the discount had been applied, my total would be adjusted, and a refund would be made to my card. I'd call that excellent service!

We recently had area rug pads made. Alvaro helped us out. He was able to answer all our questions and more. He was professional, courteous, friendly and quick witted. The pads fit great and are nice quality. We will be return customers, most definitely. Thank you!

We had two area rugs that were absolutely filthy. Unfortunately, one had a spot of dog vomit that we tried and tried to get out. When we pick them up, they were like brand new. Bright and clean and spotless! I would highly recommend DA Burns. And they also have great carpet pads as well.

D.A. Burns has been around for decades. I was first introduced to them in 1995 when I bought a new home. I used a product for cleaning my carpet. 25 years later, I used them to reduce a 6x9 feet rug to 4x8 and surge the edges. They were able to answer my questions on the process. They were patient and knowledgeable. I got a 20% discount for dropping off and picking up the rug myself. Price was reasonable even without the 20% discount.

Most recently, I used them to seal my kitchen countertops. Again, they were patient with my questions through the whole process, from estimate, scheduling and doing the work.

They did cancel twice and kept the third appointment. They weren’t on the same page on how long the work would take. The person to estimate the job said it would take 6 hours, the scheduler said it wouldn’t take that long, and the person doing the actual work took 1 hour and 15 minutes. Be prepared not to use the countertops for 24 hours.

Each interaction with DA Burns has been pleasant. Each employee is knowledgeable about their business.

The business never disappoints. The great service is consistent. I have used the Bellevue location for carpets/rugs cleaning and patio pillows cleaning for years. I have never had an issue, regardless if related to service or quality. I appreciate all the staff and company does as it clearly shows through their excelent customer service.

DA Burns did an excellent job cleaning my grandparents' large Oriental area rug. We hadn't had it cleaned in many years and now it looks bright, feels soft, and smells great! The guys who came to pick it up and deliver it after cleaning were very professional, friendly, thoughtful and helpful in moving a couple pieces of furniture we couldn't move ourselves (even after emptying all drawers, etc.). They were also very careful to be sure the rug was straight and in the place where we wanted it. Highly recommend this company!!

We are completely happy with your service. We are repeat customers from our prior homes and can always feel confident that your team will do an excellent job. The guys went above and beyond and made our shower and tile floors look, and even smell brand new. I expected there to be a chemical smell from the grout sealer but to my surprise it actually smelled good. We will definitely continue to use your company in the future.

I have had rugs cleaned here 4 or 5 times over the past 24 years of living in Bellevue. I’ve always been very satisfied with them. They have competitive prices and have always finished when they said they would. They have even given me calls to let me know of any issues. Professional service and competitive pricing!
