The technician was very polite and came right in and quickly but thoroughly did his work for which we appreciated it.

My mother was delighted with the results - her ivory colored wool rugs that had not been cleaned in 20 years. The result was extraordinary, brightened the rooms and feels so good to walk on! There were a few missed spots and rather than just cleaning those, DA Burns redid the entire house! We are equally satisfied by the results and their sense of responsibility and dedication!

Customer service is worth the cost. Workmanship was fabulous. Coaching on how to handle the problem was great. Unfortunately - not likely DA's fault - after we paid a ton to restore a rug, it started to unravel in other places, so I'm not sure the investment to repair will be worth it in the end. Next time I'll probably gamble for a new rug vs repair, but for repair they do an excellent job.

I have been using DA Burns since the early 2000s. They are excellent. First in class. The cleaners are good. Their work is excellent. Our carpets are old but they look almost new, even with pets. There are other businesses with lower prices, but I feel safe with their staff and confident they will do a quality job. I’m also happy to support a local business.

The service was excellent. The carpet looked like new after it was cleaned. The service manager who checked me out was very pleasant and helped carry out my rug to my car. It was really heavy. :)

I took my three rug area carpets for cleaning to D.A. Burnt in Bellevue and the experience since when I left the carpets there was great. Great service, excellent attention and after the service was done they called me to explain very detailed what they did to the carpets.

Service was efficient and friendly. Everything from booking the appointment to paying the invoice was seamless and easy. Fair pricing and quick work - hard to believe I had been putting off carpet cleaning for so long!

DA Burns did a great job rebinding the edges of my two large area rugs. It was worth the extra money to have them come pick them up and return them. No hassle, no pulled muscles. Two very professional strong men helped moved the furniture and get the rugs re-centered. Cleaning them as part of the process was an added bonus. Now I'll get another 15 years of use and don't have to fuss with having to find new rugs to match the decor. Highly recommend.

We hand 2 large carpets picked up for cleaning and then delivered a little over a week later. Super courteous, gave a timely pick up window (and adhered to it) and fast turnaround. Carpets look beautiful and clean!
