Kevin is superb. He arrived on time, explained details to me and performed the cleaning with atmost perfection. The charge was also very nominal. Would definitely recommend him for carpet cleaning job!

Preferred Carpet Care provides great service at a reasonable rate. Kevin is thorough, careful, and leaves my carpets looking new every time he cleans them. He gets out even the toughest kid stains. He is very reliable and will even clean my office carpets during the weekend. I highly recommend Preferred Carpet Care.

I ended up working with Kevin under some odd circumstances. He was very patient, had great communication. He cleaned the carpets for a rental property and the tenants said he was on time, very nice and professional. I will save his information for future work and also to refer to others!

Fresh Exteriors recently completed a roof cleaning on our house. There were several months of fir tree debris that had accumulated and Patrick did an excellent job in getting it all removed. Considering the amount of material removed, Patrick's quote was probably a little low, but he stuck with it. Everything was completed on both levels in one day, and we were very pleased with the results. Highly recommended.
