We had Greenworks come and clean our carpets upstairs and downstairs along with the tile & grout in our kitchen and one of our bathrooms.

We probably hadn't gotten our carpets cleaned properly for a few years, so they were long overdue...plus the tile had never been professionally cleaned. We had no idea the grout lines were as white as they got after they were done!

I was unhappy with the service provided a few days ago, After contacting them, my complaint was handled quickly and effectively. They have offered to come back and redo the cleaning at no cost or refund my money. I am very happy with the way I was treated. I will definitely give them another opportunity to clean my carpeting in the near future. They are obviously a company that cares a lot about customer satisfaction.
