I woke up at 2am to a horrible smell and found that my dog had been sick and gone all over my bedroom carpet. Called Crystal Carpet Cleaning at 9am, they were able to fit me in for a same day appointment. Their service technician Adam was at my place by 10am and by 11am my carpet looked good as new and there is no odor at all.

Adam did a fantastic job. If I ever need my carpets cleaned in the future I know who to call.

Adam cleaned our very dirty bedroom carpeting. We recently adopted a puppy and there were urine and mud stains that he miraculously made disappear. Adam is professional: courteous, hardworking, and conscientious. We would request him again in the future.

This company was excellent from start to finish. The person that came to the house to do the work, Adam, is perhaps the best service provider I have ever interacted with. He was very knowledgeable about carpets, how to treat various stains, how not to treat various stains, and how items that get into the carpet change over time. He in no way hurried the discussion and provided a lot of information we'll use going forward.

We had a coffee stain on our white carpet that we tried to clean ourselves.
Adam came and with his excellent knowledge of his products and equipment was able to make it disappear!
He explained every step, answered our questions and told us how the cleaning process was done.

Mike did an excellent job removing a V8 stain on our white carpet. I thought we were going to have to replace the carpet as it was a fairly large and very visible stain and I know that it is a hard stain to get out of carpet. But he saved the day and I don’t need to buy new carpet. We have used Crystal Carpet Cleaning for many years and highly recommend them.

John Surdi, the owner of Crystal Carpet Cleaning takes customer service to the next level and it's obvious that his ethic sets the tone. This is the 3rd time Adam Valencia has been out to do semi annual maintenance cleaning of our wall to wall carpeting. He is friendly, professional and thorough and also awesome when explaining the science of carpet care so I make the best attempts I can at protecting ours from kids and pets in between cleanings. This is one of the few areas of home maintenance that I have found exceptional support.

Had my carpets cleaned today, 03/24/2025 by Adam. Adam was on time and very courteous. He measured the areas before starting the job to give me an accurate estimate. Then did a great job cleaning the carpets. From the time I called the office to make the appointment until the Adam was finished, I could not have been happier.

Thanks to Tony V, the makeup stains (black and brown eyeshadow and pink blush) my daughter had gotten on our new carpet is all gone! He was courteous, communicative, and caring. They also scheduled quickly and went over my concerns in detail before scheduling.

Worked with Crystal carpet to clean the entire set of rugs and carpets across our home over 8 rooms and 3 area rugs. The communication process for getting an appointment was timely and accurate. Getting an appointment time and day that worked was easy.

The person who did the cleaning, Adam, was on time, professional and very good at explaining all the steps and expectations. I have no basis of understanding if the pricing was competitive or not..but for what the results are it's more than worth it to preserve all of our carpets and rugs given how much these things cost. We have a dog and 5 people living here...and the carpets look amazing. So, I am very happy and can recommend, Adam and Crystal carpet cleaning.
