Our carpets are revitalized!!! We have been using Holly and the Dry Connection for years and don’t trust our carpets to anyone else! Such a pleasure to work with and our carpets look brand new!

Dry Connection is a great company. They are always so friendly and organized. I have had them clean my house, office building, and boat. It is amazing how clean the carpets get, and they don't get the bogginess and humidity of the steam cleaning. I wouldn't ever use anyone else!

I have been using Dry Connection several times a year for over fifteen years. I wouldn't use any other company or any other method of carpet cleaning. Gone are the days of walking on paths of aluminum foil over drenched carpets after carpet cleaning. I think of the owner as a personal friend, and always am happy with the work she or her assistants do on my carpets. Having the carpets cleaned on a regular schedule really prolongs their life, plus the staff work quickly and efficiently. Pricing is reasonable, and there are specials from time to time. Just the best carpet cleaning company around!

I called and spoke with the owner about a particular problem we were having with a white long shag area rug. She did not have time avail. from her technicians, and I needed it done, so she herself came out the next morning. She told me that she would not be able to get 100% of the stain out, as it was bad, but it would be better. It was better, but not perfect, as she'd said (not her fault, but the fact that dogs had been on a white rug for 7 years). She told me that if I could find any other system that would clean it better, she would refund my money. I had the rug out on the deck and tackled the problem with non-rug type cleaner and while it still was not great, it was a little better in some spots. The owner came out, looked at it, agreed and refunded my money.
I don't know if I've ever run into a small business that was so honest. Highest marks for integrity, honesty, effort, and customer service.

Wow what a difference in my carpets. The coffee stains, the cat throw-ups and a million other stains disappeared. I have been using Dry Connection since I moved to my present condo and have had them clean the old carpets every few months. Holly is wonderful and always willing to adjust to my schedule. This is worth every penny. Within 2 hours or less the carpets are ready for use.
In addition if anyone has allergies, this is the route to go!!!!! One last thing, if you are not able to move the furniture around prior to cleaning, they will help you and move it for you.

These are amazing people and very thorough. They use only non-toxic products and also give very helpful tips on keeping your carpets clean. Their price is very reasonable. I have used other carpet cleaning services but my carpet only kept getting dirtier. This service lasts a long time. I highly recommend them.

Holly and her daughter take such great care of your carpets. I couldn't believe the old spots in my carpet they made disappear. I knew they did a great job but the condition of the carpets after they were finished blew me away. I recommend them highly and will continue to use them in the future!

I have had many companies come out in the past Dry Connection was by far the best experience I have ever had. My carpet were in pretty bad shape by the time the crew was finish they were absolutely beautiful and left my home smelling fresh. The staff was really friendly and promptly on time. Recently bought condo in Issaquah highlands and the carpet needed some Major TLC. Holly was amazing and worked around my crazy schedule. I love that they uses pet friendly products. She was able to restore my carpets all the high traffic are stains, several grease are gone which she had to scrub by hand to remove and also the pet urine stains. Now my unit smells terrific and I'm looking forward for my next carpet cleaning with Dry connection carpet and upholstery cleaning service.

Dry Connection was great! They scheduled our cleaning within a week of the call and they came on time and it only took them only and hour to clean the entire basement, master bedroom, and rug. With 3 pets, we do a fair amount of cleaning to keep out pet odor. However, I did not realize how much cleaner our house could be! Definitely going to make a recurring appointment for every few months! Oh, and the price was very reasonable.

I called dry connection carpet cleaning and they arrived on time and they explained how the product works they were very professional i had pet stains and smells and they got all my stains out and no more smells!!! I had never done dry carpet cleaning before, and wow was I surprised!!! I had heard it was a bit more expensive, but found out that you really get what you pay for!!
