I called Dry connection to have them come and clean the carpets at my grandmas house.they got us on the schedule right away and arrived on time to clean her carpets. They handled all furniture rugs with care. I appreciate that the process of how the clean is explained. This will be our first call in the future and I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for clean rugs carpets and upholstery. Thank you again For making her house sparkle

They are very professional, reasonably priced, highly flexible to adapt to our requirements. Pet odor/hair, human hair, stains, were all taken care of. No amount of even daily vacuuming takes care of these things. The fact that it is safe for pets and humans is very comforting. There is no wetness to deal with, one can walk around on the clean carpet after an hour. Whether it was an employee or the owner, they always delivered their best.

Dry Connection is awesome! Holly kindly and quickly accommodated my tight schedule to get the carpets cleaned before my sister's birthday party I was throwing. Holly & Ben did such a great job that I had them come back and clean the other rooms in the home as well. They are on time, reasonably priced, and - ultimately the most important thing - the carpets looked great! And that's saying a lot because mine were looking shabby with traffic patterns and evidence of past spills, as well as they are generally on the older side and will be replaced soon. In fact, I've gotten a little more mileage out of them because of Dry Connection! Thanks again, Holly! :)

I have a home in Bellevue, I’ve used several services in the area. This is the best carpet cleaning service I’ve ever used. I had to change the day and they accommodated me last minute. From the very beginning Holly was extremely easy to work with. Though I only called her about a week from the time I asked to have my carpets cleaned she made it happen and was able to squeeze me in.

Holly & Lehman arrived promptly at my home and when they did they started by getting a lay of the land to get acquainted with the areas that had stains and problem areas. Once they understood the problem areas they explained to my husband & I their process and what they would be doing to both clean the carpets and stains that we wanted them to focus on. And from there they went to work.

After some time they completed the entire house much faster than I had experienced with other carpet cleaning companies. When they completed cleaning the carpets they left a very nice pattern and not only cleaned the carpets but also many spots that I thought would not be able to be removed.

This was by far the best carpet cleaning we have ever received. They use some of the best equipment which included this wet sawdust material. The difference was night and day. 10/10 would use them again.

Holly was fantastic. She is so nice and will always give you the pricing upfront. She took pictures of before and after which showed her progress and her fantastic work. The carpet was rejuvenated and replenished after a lot of construction work was done. I highly recommend using Holly bc she has great service and is very honest about her work. They made the job as easy as I could have imagined. I called, got an appointment the next day, they disclosed everything that was happening, and it was finished. Holly and Morgan not only did an amazing job with our carpets, but they were a pleasure to meet! Because our dogs are prone to accidents, we've been steam cleaning our carpets, but not getting the results we want. Looking at all of their great reviews, we thought we'd give dry cleaning a try. We called them, and they were here the next day. Holly was so knowledgeable and you can tell she really cares about her clients and the services she provides. She even left us with a small list of of vacuums and everyday cleaners she recommends. Thank you Holly! Our carpets look better than they have since we've moved in!

Dry Connection did a fantastic job cleaning my area rugs. I hadn’t deep cleaned my rugs in 3 years, and they were looking rough (I have 2 small children who are great at tracking in dirt from outside and dropping food). Holly and team were able to come out within a few days of contacting them, and they brought the rugs back to life! The rugs look great, and I will definitely have them back again (will add them to my annual spring cleaning routine).

Dry Connection cleaned my carpets when I moved out of my apartment. They did a fantastic job and I was able to keep most of my damage deposit because they were able to get the carpets in great condition despite pet hair and stains. Very impressed and will definitely call again when I need my carpets done.

Holly's team did a phenomenal job at cleaning our carpet. I'm in a very stressful situation and thus quite disorganized so her team had to come out twice for the job. However, they were very understanding and kind about everything. Holly even helped me get into a vet for my dog who just got diagnosed with a brain tumor. I would totally work with Holly team again to get our carpet cleaned. Highly recommend them. Theyre amazing!

The Dry Conection carpet cleaning has been cleaning our carpets for 25 years and we have never had a complaint! There technicians are always very helpful and don't charge you for every little extra like other companies that just want to charge you for every little service! They always make sure that we are completely satisfied with our carpets before they leave for the day! And our carpets are always dry within 1 hour. It is a great service! Whenever we want our carpets cleaned i call Holly the owner and she is always available to work with our busy schedules! Holly and her team were fantastic and delivered above and beyond what she had stated in my work order! They were professional, on time and provided outstanding service and results to carpets that that I thought were beyond saving. They came in, worked hard and helped me restore my carpets to their former glory! They look fantastic and no walking on wet carpets for days!! I use them one time and everything went well actually we used them twice. All went fine. They were helpful. They even moved some stuff out of the way that we had left on the ground before we went on vacation.

Called them again and asked them to come out it was five day turnaround this time and somehow they no longer have the door code. They didn’t call me but texted me 20 minutes later that they had been waiting for twenty minutes. We just finished moving things out of a storage unit and we had some boxes on the floor and a printer on the floor. The technician told me that there was a $250 minimum I agreed, but they never did any work and left the dog pee sitting in the carpet for another day.

The technician cited a stroller (wheeled) as a difficult to move object also cited to rolling office chairs as difficult to move and gave attitude over the phone. I told him that I was fine with paying them in a month that this would be the last time we work together, but I would like them to get the dog urine out.

I show up at home. They haven’t done any work. Urine is still saturating the carpet. And there’s no messages or anything from them. They even messaged me about the wrong room after I specifically told them which room it was.

Definitely wet down as it was the same people I worked with both times, but it was a polar opposite. I understand we have bad days, but you could’ve done a super small area and gotten the dog urine enough and done your job but you chose not to. Definitely feels shady and like the bare minimum is done I was flexible on timing and waited five days and in that time span the dog peed on the carpet so we added a room, but none of it was done.

I would recommend looking elsewhere just because you don’t want to find a company that does a good job on their good days and crappy jobs on their bad days. Nor do they do the agreed-upon work
