We've been utilizing this cleaning company for bi-weekly services for six months now, and we couldn't be happier. With four large dogs at home, keeping our place clean is no easy feat, but this team handles it with absolute professionalism and efficiency every single time. They do an outstanding job, leaving our home spotless and fresh, despite the challenges of dealing with pet hair and messes. We're incredibly satisfied with their service and highly recommend them to anyone, especially fellow pet owners.

This company was a pleasure to work with. Very accommodating and actually have VERY good communication. I had to reschedule my appointment twice and they gladly changed it for me without any fees. The number to call them ACTUALLY gets to a real person and if you have any issues, they will call the cleaners on the spot and handle it. The person I spoke with was very polite and understanding and moved things around for me when I couldn't make an appointment. I had to cancel last minute because of property manager miscommunication and unfortunately, I had to pay a cancelation fee (understandable because cleaners were already there) BUT they understood the situation and even DISCOUNTED the fee from $90 to $50, which I was extremely grateful for. The cleaners did an amazing job and took a total of 5 hours to clean an entire empty house for move-out inspection. I would certainly recommend. You can't beat good customer service.

Olga did an excellent job. The company was great at communicating and follow up. Response was fast. My place is small however, I can see other opportunities that could use some care.

Pretty sure this company is a scam. They showed up and sent us pics and it looked like they didn't do anything even though we paid over $200, which was more than we'd initially been quoted. I understood that they said they wouldn't be able to get everything, but when the landlord showed there were spots he easily got cleaned with water. Very disappointed and wish I would have done better research on a cleaning company.

We found 24/25 Cleaners shortly after moving to the area and have been incredibly satisfied with the service. They are prompt, fast, and do a very thorough job cleaning our house. Cancelations and reschedules are very easy and their customer service and response time are exceptional. Highly recommend that anyone looking for a cleaning service try them out - you won’t be disappointed.

We had a good experience using them for move out cleaning (deep clean). They accommodated us at short notice and the cleaning lady was prompt on time. The cleaning was done in a timely manner. We wouldn't hesitate to call them up again for future needs.

Used them for a move out. Was competitively priced, prompt, and did a great job - I was especially impressed when they took out a handheld edging vacuum for along the wall seams. I only stuck around for the first half (also had carpet cleaning done - note they sub it out) but everything seemed to have been cleaned to satisfaction as no comment from the landlord.

Tonya did an excellent job. !!!My stove and kitchen and bathroom are just spotless every crook and nook of my home. She got all the dust bunnies. She cleaned my walls flloors!! I’m very pleased. She gets a great job.! I would definitely use 2425 cleaning again it’s absolutely worth it!!

Phenomenal work! She got things clean during a regular cleaning that I thought we'd have to clean ourselves.

It is a pretty good value compared to other cleanings. The cleaners are nice and on time and spoke decent English. The first set of cleaners I got last year were much more thorough than the second set that I received today. Today, I was finding corners that weren't vacuumed, water spots still left on the bathroom mirrors, food/oil still on the stove backsplash, grime in the corners of the kitchen sink. It was more like a light clean one would expect if they had a regular weekly cleaning, rather than a deep clean that I was hoping for. I keep my home quite clean already, so I hire cleaners to do the things I don't think to do or don't want to do. This felt like a cleaning I could have done myself.

Previous- was wonderful! I was worried about my puppy being a menace to her and she was very friendly to her and cleaned very quickly! The house didn’t smell like chemicals and she was very thorough in her cleaning! Will definitely be booking again!

24/25 did a great job! We scheduled a deep clean of our townhouse (~1800sq ft) and the two ladies were done within four hours. They arrived on time, were kind, and very efficient. Definitely recommend!

Quick to respond to my Yelp inquiry for a move-out bathroom and kitchen clean, schedule and take deposit. I don’t want to hurt their business, but I wouldn’t recommend and will avoid in the future for the following reasons:
Cleaner didn’t speak any English, so was difficult to communicate with her. I had to go through her “manager” so that was frustrating. If that was the only issue and the cleaning was done well, I might hire again and would suggest at least giving customers a heads up. I just wanted to make sure she was comfortable, aware of what I needed and when I should expect to come back.
On the actual clean: she was 15 minutes late, didn’t clean the freezer, completely broke one of my fridge shelves and just left it broken in the fridge for me to find, didn’t clean under the sink or in the bathroom vanity.

Would be great if they can dust upper window seals (see picture) next time to remove cobwebs. Should sweep laundry room. Looks like they skipped that room (see picture). Otherwise did a good job.

I’m really impressed with the quality of their work. The cleaners were friendly, efficient, and paid attention to detail. My home looks and feels amazing. Will definitely use their services again
