We hired IDA Design and Build for a home addition project, and we’re very happy with the results. Dmytry, project manager, guided us from the initial design concept through every construction phase. He carefully addressed all our layout changes and was always quick to respond to questions. The team managed permit issues, structural adjustments, and unexpected site challenges with professionalism. We truly felt supported throughout the entire process and will absolutely hire them again for future projects.

We hired IDA Design & Build for a complete home renovation, including the kitchen and bathroom, painting, plumbing, carpentry, lighting, and tile work. Dmitry was professional and easy to work with. He kept the project on track and was always available to answer questions or discuss details. Even when issues arose, as they often do in construction projects, Dmitry was responsive and collaborative.

Dmitry worked with our our designer to help us execute our dream remodel! Unlike another contractor that we were talking to in the beginning, he actually did not hesitate to give us good advices which my wife and I really appreciated given that we have never done remodeling before.

Dmytry and his crew did a wonderful job remodeling our small bathroom. They showed up every day on time and did excellent work. Each week Dmytry gave us a time-line of what would be done each week and when. He had everything in place before the work started so there was no delay in the process. His communication was excellent and he tried to make sure everything was exactly as we wanted. If there was a problem, he was quick to get the fix in place. I would happily use Dmytry and his crew for any further projects.

Dmytry, owner of IDA design & build, is by far the best general contractor my husband and I have encountered. He is very dependable, courteous and knowledgeable. He always responds to our texts and phone calls. He makes sure that everything is done in good quality and in a timely manner. I highly recommend him and IDA design & build.

Intermountain Glass replaced our 60"x58" living room window for <$1,000. The seal was busted and the replacement was a simple fix. They communicated clearly, explaining how the issue could be fixed and what potential costs we would incur. They also looked at other potential window replacement needs around our house, providing quotes as requested. They were quick to return any voicemails and kept us informed on supply/delivery/scheduling when prompted. This was all done during the COVID-19 pandemic, so things were anything but normal. They always adhered to the current mask and social distancing rules.

I'll start by saying the installer that came to replace my glass was great. He was prompt, courteous, in and out and left no mess at all.

The only negative is this was to replace a window that was previously installed by this company. The window had a crack that appear from the corner and went diagonally about 70% down. Somehow, this was not covered under the warranty (part of the reason I went with this company was the warranty). So this replacement was $800.

Jesse arrived on time. Very nice guy. He fixed my problem quickly and neatly. For a plumbing problem, I thought it was a reasonable price.

Hanson and his team were excellent! Efficient, thorough, and took their time to answer my questions. We’re delighted and will be using this service again.

We had windows and doors, both entry and sliding glass replaced by Emerald City through McLendons. These guys were great every step of the way--estimate, showroom, and installation. Everyone we encountered was knowledgeable, listened to what we needed and made sure the work was done to our satisfaction. Would absolutely recommend!
