Charles and his team have done great work on my property spanning carpentry, electrical, painting, glass, installations, and more. He listens closely to the client's vision and organizes a team to make it reality. He communicates well and is very detail-oriented. I am already contracting more projects with 132nd Constructs and plan to continue working with them as my primary general contractor for the foreseeable future.

I highly recommend Charles and his crew for all home updates/remodels. We started off just wanting a kitchen update but ended up doing that along with replacing all the plumbing in our house, adding a walk in shower to a bathroom, modernizing our basement bathroom and replacing our railings and many doors throughout our home. Everyone who entered our home during this process was kind, helpful, and did impeccable work. So many design and decor decisions had to be made throughout this process and Charles hooked me up with people to walk me through making decisions about appliances, tile, flooring, countertops, hardware, etc. I could never have done it without this support. Every time I had questions or concerns, Charles was right there to talk me through everything. The customer service everyone provided was amazing. I never once felt like I wasn’t their top priority. I will use them again for all future updates on my home and will recommend 132 Constructs to all my friends and family.

Second project completed with Charles and crew! We had a tight timeline and Charles was able to work with us to get us moved into our new home timely. He is reliable, responsive, and knows his stuff. His crew is professional and trustworthy. Having lived in other homes since our first project with Charles, we saw the difference in quality of work and craftsmanship that his team can deliver. They are always willing to work with us throughout the project when needs and asks shift or if something turns out different from expectation. Working with Charles and Robert on our project was a breeze. They were flexible and accommodating and worked around our schedules. We had our bathroom trim replaced from MDF to tile/wood and they hired competent subcontractors who did good work. When we had an issue with the subcontractors using the wrong color for the grout on the tile, Robert took our concerns seriously and made sure it was right. They also were great about helping us make decisions, providing good advice. In the end, our trim looks great with the correct color and we are very happy with the work that was done. We would absolutely work with 132nd again.

Juan and his crew are very easy to work with. He did a walk through when job was completed, and made sure everything was done correctly and was secure when leaving.

Juan and his Crew did a very good job at fixing my damaged drywall and then applying the correct texturing to it. They gave me a very reasonable estimate, came in to take a look at what they would need to finish the job and then finished it. They came fully prepared and got the job done in a very reasonable time. I would definitely recommend using Ceron Construction, they offer a fair price, stick to their word and are great at communicating with the customer to make sure he or she is satisfied/

Waste of time.

I happened to pick up one of their solicitation calls and I said I'd be willing to meet for a quote since we're currently pricing out a retaining wall.

Set up an appointment, got a call the day before confirming, and a cancellation right at the appointment time the day of. Rescheduled, since I was planning on working from home anyways. No call, no show.

It's just a quote, but if this is how they treat other people's time, it doesn't bode well for how they'll handle the job.

This guy was driving ur construction Vehicle with so rude he is Tailgating and Rash driving in 405 freeway and behaving so rude you guys don’t give training for commercials vehicles how to drive he make me scare and his speed in freeway 72mils being business you guys should take action against him I try to call cops he overpass me in off the ramp and went in to bothell work place @4.05pm on Dec 2nd pls show some responsibility on roads pls don’t scare the people with such a rude employee hope I

Joey has always been more than fair to me. Mr Swede, you must’ve really had a bad day. NW Construction and their crew is the only company I’ll hire PERIOD.

Never ending spam calls....No I don't have any work that needs to be done. I didn't the 1st time you called today, I still don't after 7 more calls all from different Washington based number.

Project was supposed to take 6 months, not done after a year. Already took the money. Won't answer now. Reviews are probably written by their own employees.

My experience with Joey and NW Construction wasn’t great. I didn’t feel the pricing was as fair as claimed, and the crew didn’t handle the work as professionally as I expected. Overall, I wouldn’t say they’re the only company I’d hire, and I was disappointed with the results.

Joey has been friendly, but my experience with NW Construction this time wasn’t great. Communication felt inconsistent, and some of the work didn’t meet the high standards I expected. A few tasks were rushed or left needing adjustments, which caused extra stress. While I’ve hired them before, this project left me questioning whether they’re truly the only option I’d go with in the future.

Highly recommend Ion! He helped us with house painting, roof work, and various handyman projects, and we could not have been happier with the results. He worked incredibly hard, communicated well, and was always honest and fair.

What stood out most was his dedication — he stayed late when needed to get things done right and took real pride in his work. Overall just a great guy and someone you can truly trust with your home.
