I called The Construction Compass originally to get some flooring done in my basement. I liked his work so much that I ended up having him do some painting, drywall, millwork, and window installations too. Everything was done beautifully and I am very pleased with the results. He was always on time and communicated to make sure everything turned out according to plan! I had lots of questions throughout my project and he was a breeze to work with. Can't recommend this contractor enough.

Ion can do it all! He reframed one wall of my house that had been eaten by carpenter ants and replaced the entire header and all. Everything is perfect, from the right materials used to the extreme attention to detail. He also did all my chimney work from sealing it, to replacing the siding, all the way up to the new chase cover. He removed a satellite dish and replaced the roofing shingles and it looks like it was never there. I wouldn't trust anyone else to work on my house. Easy to work with, extremely professional, fair prices, and most of all, top-notch, quality work. 100% recommend for any exterior or interior job. Thanks Ion! Now my garage looks gorgeous! 😊 (and yes, he wired up those beautiful new lanterns too!)
