This cleaning service is the BEST by far! No hassle make an appointment, shows up on time, fast, and satisfactory service! Chimeg does a fabulous job cleaning my unit. She's incredibly professional, punctual and a good value for the service. I highly recommend her.

Sometimes I just get overwhelmed and need help with cleaning my place up. I have used this service twice now to help me get my place really clean, and both times I have felt so much better after they’ve come. They really pay attention to your place. My bathrooms, kitchens, and floors have looked amazing after both visits. I plan on using them again in the future.

Good at Cleaning team cleaned my home today and all I can say is WOW! 5 plus stars. If I could give them more I would. Never has my home been this clean. Easy to set up. He did a good job on stairs, hallway and the one room. My baige area rug was left with dark edges all the way around and still has a smell to it. Therefore that’s the reason for my rating.

I phoned for upholstery cleaning my car and got an appointment the very next day. After 11 years of dirt and a mechanic getting grease all over the front seat it was time to call in the professionals. I was not disappointed, they do a 6 star ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ job! I definitely will be hiring this company again and recommend anyone needing their car's upholstery cleaned to call these guys.

I have used Five Star Chem Dry four times. We have over the years had many pets and our carpet has been put through the ringer. Every time I’ve called Chem Dry I thought it’d be the last time and we’d end up having to get new carpet. The magic these very nice gentlemen can perform on your carpet is unbelievable. My 13 year old carpet literally looks brand new and my house smells heavenly. Cannot recommend this business enough.

Our Berber carpet which normally cleans up pretty well was cleaned by a different company and there were still very obvious traffic stains that showed the outline of where rugs were placed. I was worried I'd have to replace the carpet! Chem dry did a fantastic job on those traffic stains. They are just barely noticable (only bcz I know they are there) but so much better. I'm relieved that I didn't have to replace the carpet. Also, in the last minute, I asked them if the appointment could be a day earlier (which meant the next day) and they managed to squeeze me in! Thank you!!

The Chem Dry team was great . Other places I contacted said they couldn't service our type of rugs. It's like we have 2 brand new rugs and all the pet stains and odor is gone! Would highly recommend to anyone on East End of LI .

Great communication and customer service. Carpets look outstanding! We have a big dog with light carpets so there WERE a lot of stains and the high traffic areas took a beating. 5 star made the carpets look new again! Highly recommend the deodorizer treatment as well. the house smells great and looks great!

The team did a great job - best carpet cleaning outcome I've seen. What made the real difference, however, was the communication and responsiveness of the team. They called to say they were running behind from another job and properly set expectations with me and when they arrived, they took the time to acknowledge the delay and walked me through their process - ensuring they would focus on doing the job right and not rush through it. It was such a pleasure having Mikey and Christian come to my place and clean my upholstery. The quality of the work and attention to detail was the best customer service I’ve received in a long time.

I have a set of dining chairs that are about 10 years old. I couldn't bring myself to get rid of them so I decided to just give them a good cleaning. I'm happy I went with a professional service, they did a great job and the chairs look brand new again. They showed up when they said they would, went to work promptly and didn't leave a mess. It's been about 2 weeks and there's been no issues. I would hire them again!
