Yearly I have my carpets and upholstery cleaned by this wonderful company. I have been using them for almost 10 years and consistently they provide excellent results. This time a new member, Gabriel, cleaned for me and he was professional, thorough, and timely. I will continue to use them for years to come!

I am always nervous when getting our carpets professionally cleaned as the quality of the job seems to be hit or miss, but Chem-Dry did a fabulous job! We had them do general cleaning as well as treat pet stains. Our house smells fresh and clean without a chemical smell and are carpets look great! It has been a few weeks and none of the stains have come back. We had one carpet we thought we would have to replace, but now it looks and smells as good as new! We will use them again for sure!

I used Fiver Star Chem-Dry to clean the carpets in a rental I own. Five Star was very thorough during the cleaning process and were able to get stubborn stains out at a couple locations I wasn't expecting them to be able to. I was very happy with the whole process from scheduling to to the actual cleaning appointment.

The guys were professional, personable, and very kind to my blin, happy dog and older cat. They worked cleanly, quickly, but we’re very thorough. I can’t remember ever having such excellent service or two kinder people working in our home. Highly recommend these guys.

We had these guys clean the carpets in a VERY large showroom with a lot of foot traffic on a daily basis. They did an amazing job at getting the carpets very clean and when we walked into the store the next day it smelt so great! It has been ALONG time since the carpets looked this good!

Great service done by Christian. He explained all the options, then went to work and made our carpets look like new
He even gave us advice on some unusual stains on our neighbors carpet.

I was able to schedule very quickly and I got a reminder text. My Tech was very professional on time and got to all the small areas that I thought he wouldn’t be able to clean. Super nice and friendly experience plus got done on time. I been using them for 5 years!

Excellent service and wonderful customer service! I had contracted with another carpet cleaning service but they failed to show up the day of the scheduled cleaning. I called Mike, explained the urgency (I was turning the keys over to the owner that day) and he immediately had a team out later that afternoon to clean a 3 bed and 2 stairwell townhome. Highly recommend.

If you want your 45 year old carpet to look brand new, this is the company you need to go with. This carpet has been through 3 kids, 2 dogs and 4 cats and we finally started having it professionally cleaned at about year 35. We have never used another company and they ALWAYS go above and beyond to make it as clean and fresh as possible, especially after our struggles with pets. Today it looks as fresh and nice as the day it was put in. Amazing! And we feel so comfortable with the gentlemen who come in to do the work for us. They follow through on everything and are very trustworthy. We are so pleased.

The first time I used this company, I had a long-standing ink spot lifted out of the carpets fibers and disappeared!! My second experience was almost 3 years later (oops, time flies) and this time, I had spilled berry juice. It was almost fully removed. This company have lovely, nice, professional and VERY hardworking employees. The resulting clean carpets practically glow when
the job is done.

This was the third time we have used Five Star Lynnwood location for carpet cleaning and they did a fantastic job. We had several pet stains and a large coffee stain and they removed all of them. Our carpet, including the stairs, always look brand new and the carpet is almost dry when they are finished. Chris did a great and professional job. I highly recommend Five Star.

It was our first time using Five Star Chem dry. I appreciate the interaction I had with Mike, he was informative and answered all my questions with a great attitude considering it was a late Saturday afternoon.
Mikey, the technician that arrived did an awesome job, he was detailed in his cleaning and made so we were pleased with the service. After the work was done it only took a couple of hours for the carpets to be completely dried and we were able to walk on them.
Would definitely call them again for future cleanings.

They were super professional and made me feel super comfortable! I get really bad anxiety with people coming into my personal space and they made it a super easy and comfortable process. 4 stars bc I wish they would’ve vacuumed before doing the cleaning, I noticed after the service that there were carpet crystals from a sprinkle deodorizer I used before the service. But I’d definitely use them again and recommend them

Our HOA brought ChemDry to clean our common area carpets and once again they did a fantastic job they look like new.

The communication, from confirming my appointment to letting me know the crew was on their way, was excellent. The carpets look fantastic -- even the stains that came up from the previous owners during our first year in the house are gone. I was not expecting total success on those. For convenience (in Everett area), money and service this is a great company.

Mikey and Si arrived promptly and got right to work. I had three bedrooms, two walk- in closets, a hallway, and two flights of stairs to be cleaned. The service included features such as corner guards to protect walls and baseboards during the cleaning. They use safe, non- chemical cleaning solutions. My carpets look great, and they were dry in about 2-3 hours. Excellent service!

I wanted my carpets cleaned ahead of having company coming to stay with me. I’m glad I chose Five-Star Chem-Dry. I have a 15 year old dog that has accidents.
