Home Services reviews in Bothell, Washington

I was able to get a really fast, free quote for in-home cleaning because I’ve never used a housekeeper before. I’m really impressed with the deep cleaning services they offer. Giving a gift certificate as a Valentine’s Day and a Mother’s Day gift is absolutely amazing.

Was recommended by a friend and had them come in for a deep clean. They definitely made my place shine and very thankful for their professionalism and loved how they tidied up for me. It was just nice to come home and not have to worry about anything!

The way I needed someone the next day and was so stressed 😫 1 phone call a fast and a 15 minute walk through, I was booked for next day 8am. Love the in home assessment and how they handle their teams most important. After a walk throug and discussing what I wanted and needed done we created a custome cleaning. I don't need a few things in the package but needed a few additional things done that are not in the package. The manager was thorough on listening to what I needed. And why I needed and also put her input in on things that I hadn't noticed myself. That had gone untouched for sometime. We openly discussed 1 team member could accommodate my needs and 2 would not be necessary. The manager openly shared that her team members earn more money an smaller cleanings when they come solo. I fell this is so commendable for taking the time to qualify my home correctly so that the team makes more 💰. At the end of my meeting I felt so relieved that I took the opportunity to have the walk through first. Shout out to Nae Nae the manager she is a gem.

Fantastic job done by this company. The one thing I absolutely hate is dusting. I leave my windows open daily so I have to dust more often and just don't want to do it. I hired this company and they did a fantastic job. Juliett arrived and went over what she would do and she did an excellent job. Very detail oriented and finished quickly. I am more than satisfied with the outcome.
