I am extremely happy with the experience and will definitely be calling Bothell Heating & Cooling again. Their technician arrived as promised and resolved the problem in an hour. I was astounded by how quickly and professionally they handled the situation.

Just an hour later, my A/C is running smoothly and more efficiently. The technician was knowledgeable and left everything tidy. Highly recommend for peace of mind.

Looks like my previous review was removed. Basically the response time for customers is terrible. After leaving my previous review the sales rep tracked me down to my employer and contacted them trying to get me to remove my negative review. I was not happy with this. Really hope they clean their act up.

It's hard to know how to feel about Trane Supply.......

Years ago I began using this store for supplies because their pricing was reasonable, the store was stocked well, and the staff was knowledgeable. BUT that is no longer true.

Around five years ago Trane started using a new software program that was unreliable and made it take easily 3x longer to process orders. The system often crashed in the middle of writing orders and after months of this many of the qualified staff left in protest. This problem has never been resolved and it's also the least of Trane's problems.

I continued to try and buy equipment from them because my pricing was better, but then I began noticing more and more equipment arrived damaged. The problem was due to their lift they used at the wearhouse which grips the boxes from the sides instead of picking it up from the bottom. This has been happening for years and Trane has never resolved the problem. Consequently I've had to stop buying from them all together.

Trane has never been able to retain or even find new staff and consequently nobody ever answers the phone and the managers are often in charge of several stores at once. Several regional managers have tried to step in and fix things but the were not successful.

The last time I tried to make a purchase I was appalled to learn they were retaining my CC information in the computer when I used it to make a purchase "so it can be used for future purchases". However I never authorized Trane to do this and when I objected I was told there was nothing they could do.

All the problems, which were numerous, at this store are top/down issues and even though corporate is aware of all the issues they have done NOTHING as these problems persisted for years. Holding onto my CC information without my authorization really was the final straw and I've had to walk away. Its sad because back in 2015 things were great and Trane was my primary supplier for equipment and supplies.

Ihor (Igor) was wonderful. He was patient and very thorough repairing our Samsung refrigerator. He needed to order parts and when they came meticulously replaced and checked things. We are very pleased!

The pilot on one of our burners went out. It being a Viking Professional, I was nervous about having it serviced. I called a few places - HotWire was the quickest to respond. They scheduled to come by within a day or two. Ivhor and another technician took time explaining the problem and followed up within a day or so. They kept me posted on the part order and again scheduled pretty immediately when it arrived. Ivhor came again and completed the work. He was very polite and worked quickly to get our burner working again.

Hotwire Refrigeration and Appliance, and their Technician, Alex D., were great. Alex was quick in his assessment and recommended repair estimate for our 5 year old washer, which was reasonable given the area we live in. Then once given the approval to proceed completed the repair quickly. I Highly recommend Hotwire and their team.

Super quick to get someone on site for troubleshooting and they solve the issue with transparency. I have used them twice so far - once for a refrigerator issue and another for a Dryer issue. Now they are my go to vendor for any issue in the house. Highly recommended!!!!

Recently my old gas furnace suddenly stopped working and I asked HotWire to help fix it. HotWire quickly sent a technician, Alex, to my home. Alex quickly figured out the issue, which was the failure of capacitor. And the failure of capacitor further led to circuit breaking (ie, the fuse) and thus my thermostat had no power input. After replacing the capacitor, my furnace revived! Alex also helped clean the dust off my furnace. Now my furnace looks much better. I really appreciate Alex’s work which saved us from the cold winter! The price is very fair and reasonable. I will definitely call HotWire again for future maintenance etc. Highly recommend!

It all started with a loud and squeaky dryer. It ended after a couple visits with silence. I shared a quick description of my trouble via a Yelp message to Hotwire and less than 10 minutes later I was able to schedule a visit on the same day.

Though I couldn't manage the time that same day, the next business day a technician came out and diagnosed my issue. He said the parts were easily available and he could come back the next day to fix it. The next day he arrived on time and quickly set to work. Within an hour the work was done. Hotwire was friendly and communicated really well from scheduling notifications, to pricing, through the work performed.

As my technician parted, he said, "Thank you. I hope you don't need to see us again." 😁 If I do need help again, they'll be the one I call.

My washing machine started leaking, so I had HotWire Appliance Repair come out and diagnosed the problem and to give me an estimate. They came out and looked at it on the same day I called. The price was reasonable, so we proceeded with the repair. The technician was very knowledgeable and did not hesitate to answer any of my questions. The repair was completed in a timely manner. After the repair was completed and the technician was returning the washing machine back to its spot, there was some accidental damage to the floor. Upon noticing the damage, I contacted Hot Wire customer service and informed them of the problem and they immediately reached out to me, did their research of what happened and how it happened, staying in contact with me throughout the entire process. Once they completed their process, they offered me multiple solutions to fix the problem. I chose the the option that best worked for me, and they took care of it. HotWire Customer Service left me impressed, and I will used them in the future for all my repair needs.

Vlad troubleshooted our microwave and quickly identified the issue. Checked the working condition of other parts. He also fixed the issue quickly. I appreciate his thorough and professional service.
