Igor showed up after and after hours call, he checked our AC, heating, and thermostat. He then corrected the faulty wiring and set up our new smart thermostat. Igor was very professional and friendly and did a great job to fix our HVAC system during this "heatwave" before Labor Day. Thank you so much for taking care of us Hotwire!

Service was good and easy to get scheduled right away. Alex D arrived on time and did inspection promptly and found problem. It took a few days to get parts but came back as soon as possible after receiving them and got it fixed up quick.

I have had the pleasure of using HotWure HVAC Refrigeration and Appliance repair twice in the past month. I am a property manager for an apartment complex in Kenmore and have needed a dryer and washing machine repaired in 2 different units. I've saved over a $1000 dollars using this service. I had the pleasure of having technician Ramzes come out last night he was such an amazing and kind person. His knowledge and skill set regarding the issue with the dryer was amazing. I know I will be calling them again the next tike an appliance is needing some attention. GREAT WORK 👍

Hotwire did an excellent job repairing our furnace. They repaired a broken blower motor and were timely, efficient and did great work. Highly recommend! We would work with them again.

Dropping from 5 stars to 1 because of technician lack of professionalism and demeanor. Alex K was efficient, thorough, on time, and temporarily fixed my dishwasher. It was not draining and the arm had fallen off - he fixed the drain problem but the arm has fallen off again since. It cost $270 and I tipped him. However, immediately after he left, the garbage disposal did not work. I called the company back and they sent him back after a few days. He was not interested in hearing my concerns, asked if I would accuse him of breaking the fridge if that stopped working, and was very confrontational. He told me that it would be $200 to repair because of a problem with the electric panel supplying the dishwasher. I told Alex K that I was going to get a second opinion and that if he was right, I would acknowledge that, and if he was wrong, I would change my review and notify the company. He stormed out of my house essentially yelling at me for wasting his time.

I just had that second opinion from Eco Electric, Plumbing, and Heating. My tech, Zach, looked under the sink, found the outlet, and pushed the reset button. Voila. Garbage disposal working again. $50 consult fee and an even better tip for him.

I do not recommend Hotwire Furnace, and I definitely do not recommend Alex K.

Great repair by Vlad! Rollers replaced making the dryer run like new! He went the extra mile by cleaning out the lint and coins to ensure the dryer was all set. Communicative about arrival time, professional, and excellent costumer service! I highly recommend Hotwire HVAC and Vlad!

Vlad came by to fix our dryer ( no heat) and again to fix out fridge ( lighting was out). He is super nice and extremely competent. Highly Recommend!!

I had an issue with my all-in-one washer/dryer. The drain pump sounded gravelly/not good. My landlord contacted them first thing in the morning and they were able to come same day! Alex K was our technician, he was professional and informative. He knew right away when he heard the pump what was wrong.

Our technician, Ramses, was thorough and communicated well throughout the maintenance visit. He was kind and respected our home by placing shoe covers on. Alex K. did an amazing job replacing the gasket on the washer and servicing the dryer. He was efficient, took great care of our home, went above and beyond cleaning behind the units, and was easy to work with. I'd recommend his services to anyone.

I've had multiple appliances installed over the years from Sundance Energy Services. A furnace in 2012, a hot water heater in 2014, and A/C this year (2018). The installers have always been friendly and helpful. The work is professional and they always clean their mess up before they leave. I always do research first on what I'm buying, and Sundance has never tried to oversell or upsell me. I haven't had any issues with the appliances they have installed.

The entire team at Sundance is very professional in what they do. They are local, have many years in business, are fair in price, and are exceptionally significant in what they do.
