Terrible service. Asked for and paid for seventy feet of 4/0 aluminum wire. Received forty five feet. A day wasted. Purchased a generator connection box to tie into the circuit breaker panel. At the same time asked for the female connector to hook into the box. They picked a male connector instead of the female. Another wasted partial day. After these two incidents I asked for a strut. I was informed if I didn't know the right term for the item they couldn't help me. At this point I was done with dealing with them. Paid my bill and will never go back.

What a nice surprise it was going into the Platt Electric for the first time ever. Polite professional impatient individuals helping me with my problem. Got what I needed address of great advice solve my problem. I won't hesitate to go back again

Quite a bit of electrical material for work comes from Platt and they almost always have what we need when we need it. Their people are also helpful and knowledgeable.

They do get a lot of homeowners coming in with odd requests for non-code-compliant solutions...about every other time I'm in there, somebody is trying to get something weird. If you're getting electrical devices, parts and pieces, wire, or normal tools, they're a good place to start and you'll probably leave with what you were looking for our they'll have it quickly. If you're looking for a specialty control panel, circuit board components, a pond aerator, etc. they may be able to order some of those things, but don't expect them to have them in back somewhere.

This company had poor customer assistance and the lady why runs the desk is a toatal snob. better companys out their then this dont waste your time bremerton. Dont waste money places that will disrespect you.

I needed an electrical box for a built in dishwasher. Mike came out with co worker and they put the whole new system together so I can get a built in dishwasher. They were very professional and knew the electrical codes for the dishwasher outlet. They cleaned up after the outlet installation and got the electrical inspector via zoom to approve the fantastic work done and meet spects. We have had this great company now for 3 major projects and would highly recommend them for your next electrical project 😀 👍 😄 😊 👌

Called to see if they serviced residential or commercial, receptions said they did both, but they are booked out after the first of the year. I said ok thank you and she slammed the phone down in my ear! Nice!

Upcharge of 228% on parts will be smug about it when you ask part cost $11.36 charged me $24.99, cost them 57.50 billed $131.52 - stated it was a 120% markup. Didn't inform me that their rates increase $10 an hour until the bill arrived on the third job over 10 months.

I recently had an overhead to underground conversion done with my service coming in from the transformer on the power pole. With that being said there were much scheduling needing to be done with PSE/Potelco, which can be an absolute circus. Baker Electric juggled all of the PSE matters (and there were many) with great patience and always kept me as a customer first on their agenda. They also replaced my meter and correct gauge wires leading to the panel in correct conduit. They worked with L&I fundamentally and I could not be more pleased with their customer service and promptness to get my project completed. Also, the bill was not out of this world which was icing on the cake. I would recommend Baker Electric to anyone needing electrical services.

The job in my opinion was over priced. Not communicated well. And worst of all when I tried to pay my bill in two payments due to the surprise amount. The manager was very unhelpful and incenative. I Will not be working with the company again.

Installed GFCI outlets and did an electrical panel upgrade on my duplex back in 2019. Turns out, that the GFCI was not installed properly and all our outlets are ungrounded, so not sure what was paid for. I tried calling/emailing multiple times to see if the company would correct the issues that were caused by this, but no response.
