Greatest electricon team local. They fixed our problem, and my God, it looks so professional. I'd hire them again for any future needs.

They were at my place yesterday to replace many of my home's electrical outlets with plug + USB chargers. They did fast work and were friendly, professional electricians on site. Reasonable prices and quick turnaround.

Left us without heat for Christmas and snow storm . Waited weeks for an appointment only to get a call that they went overtime on another job and we’re canceling our appointment and if we would like to book a new appointment for another three weeks out. That’s another 3 weeks without power to our heat system.

Beware Ahearn's billing practices!!

We contracted with Ahearn to replace a bulb in our subdivisions light pole. When the workman arrived, he discovered that the photocell was bad, not the bulb. He didn't have a photocell with him (REALLY??) so he had to run up to Home Depot to buy one. This is your standard street lamp, about 20 feet tall that arches over the roadway. Photocell's are $10-$15 - you can't carry one of those with you? He was at our site for a total of 2 hours, with one of those hours traveling to/from HD. When the bill came, we were charged for that 2nd hour, the photocell and a new bulb.

I called and spoke to the company to have the extra hour removed from our bill, and was told that Ahearn bills from when they arrive on the site until they leave. They said that since they didn't have a photocell with them, we had to pay for them to run to the store to buy one. I said that was ridiculous and again asked them to remove the charges. They refused.

I've contracted with numerous companies in the past, and have never been charged for the time to go get a part that they couldn't be bothered to bring with them! And on top of that, they billed me for changing the bulb for a lamp that still worked!

They've lost my business, our HOA management's business (and all the properties they manage), and hopefully yours.

They we're on time very professional the work was outstanding and the younger of the two electrician's who was still in training did a very good job and very responsive to my to all questions. I would recommend them to anyone. When we have the rest of the work done I will be calling them.

Derek came to check on a light that would not turn off in my daughters room. Turns out it was set up for a ceiling fan that needed a remote. He ordered the proper equipment and came back when the fixture came in. Very fast turn around and even gave my daughter a direct number to reach him should there be any questions. Thanks Derek. You are one in a million 😊 Would definitely recommend.

I called Ahern electric on a Friday morning because an electrical outlet in my office failed causing a daisy chain reaction and killing all power to my office. They were able to come by Monday and check it out.
They showed up earlier than expected but called first to double check that it was convenient. They were extremely professional and courtious . They quickly found the issue and fixed it. The price for the work was as quoted and they did a great job.. I will be using them again. I would most certainly reccoi them.

I will start by saying that the electricians that came to do the work were very professional and helpful. Dealing with the company is where the issue is. I was scheduled to have someone come out to do repair work on some outlets on May 11th, when I called them on the 10th to confirm the appointment, I was told that I was actually on their schedule for May 18th and not the 11th. I had taken time off work to be there as I also needed to get an estimate on a project. I then cancelled time off and went to work on the 11th and the electricians actually showed up on the 11th! Luckily I was able to leave work and be there. I was told it would be a one person job and given a quote over the phone but two people showed up and I was charged for two people so my actual bill was about twice as much as I was quoted over the phone. Then I had the electrician look at the project I need done and give me the estimate. He told me he will write it up when he gets back and send it to me. I have not received the estimate from them since then. I have called them and asked when I can receive the estimate and schedule the work and every time they promise they will get it out to me but here we are at the end of the month and they will not send me the estimate nor let me schedule the project. I am now getting an estimate done by a different company but all the time I wasted waiting on them has put me that much farther behind on my project. I wish I had just given up on them and gone with someone else rather than wait three weeks for them to fulfill their promise. If they are not interested in doing my project I don't understand why they will not just tell me that and call it good rather than give me the runaround and waste my time.

Did a fine job moving an outlet, but for some reason couldn't figure out the ceiling fans. 2 ceiling fans ended up taking him 4 hours and costing me $600. I didn't review earlier because I thought at least the job was done. Today one of the fanight kits fell off so I was forced to fix it proper. I should have done myself in the first place. $600 and 4 hours cheaper.

I had an issue with my septic pump. Ahern was able to come out the next day - extremely fast response. Unfortunately they do not do existing septic tanks, only new tanks. Even with that the technician took a little time to make sure the wiring leading up to the tank was all functioning properly. I suppose he could've just taken one look and left. Very appreciative of the immediate response and extra service.

Super responsive and reliable. They called to confirm ahead of time, their staff arrived within estimated time range, were really friendly and efficient, and did a great job replacing exterior flood lights and capping off an exterior outlet socket. Will definitely use again.

We are very happy with our experience with Ahearn Electric. We found them to be good listeners and generally fun to be around. They were the only company that bid on our panel/meter base replacement project that actually came out to do the bid. Our house is old and there are always little surprises and because they came out see the project there were fewer surprises. The surprises that we did have were taken in stride. Derek, Steve, and Josh were all very knowledgeable and hard working. The office staff were responsive and personable. The best thing is that the bill came back as quoted!

Appreciate the customer 1st experience. An outlet stopped working and I called to set-up an appointment. During the call there was a couple of troubleshooting tests suggested. Long story short, after some tests I discovered that the problem outlet (near floor level) had a test/reset button (in small inkless print) too & when test/reset test was completed it worked. I know I should have known but I couldn’t see the test/reset button!! As the rep said, it saved us both a trip. Thank-you

We had this company do some electrical work for us a couple of years ago and did an excellent job. So when I thought we needed an electrician for an emergency, I called them and was told to follow trouble shooting steps, instead of them just coming out and charging for a visit (diagnostic) because those steps would be what they did first. Fortunately, for me taking those steps resolved my issue and saved me $$ that I'm sure other companies would have taken without telling me about those steps. My description of this company can be summed up in three words: Integrity, Professional, and Personable.

Sometimes life is hard in all directions, then the panel box goes out too.
Cassie was incredibly helpful and able to have Chris come by our home, at the end of his work day. He was able to provide some electrical service to the house and arranged to return 2 days later to replace the box. He brought his apprentice. A very nice and professional young man named Noah. Together they were able to get our power up and running in less than a day.
We are highly pleased and would recommend them to anyone looking for an electrician.

I have used this company 3 times now. 1st time I was so impressed with time and work. 2nd time older guy took twice as long so cost more. This time, yeah not so much. Changed out a circuit breaker which I had. Took maybe 10 minutes. Cost 286.10$ damn!

Recently had a fire and needed some electrical work, all other companies were booked out and bell electric was able to make the time to come out and provide me with estimate and also were able to make time in there busy schedule to begin work asap. I highly recommend bell electric.

This is not an outfit you wpuld want to work with..they bait and switch their prospects, but coming out to provide an estimate and if it is not accepted then gthey have the audacity to send you a bill for the estimate!!
We told them that we would not pay their outrageous "edtimate feee' and a few days later an electrical inspector shows up at our door to say the he had had an anonomous "tip" that we might not be permitted

Bell has helped me twice in Bremerton. Was on time and kind. Easy to work with and followed through on their schedule to complete the work. I will be calling them for my next job in Bremerton!
