Great service! John was able to come out on the same day when many other companies were scheduled out for weeks. We needed him ASAP and he arrived on time and was extremely polite and knowledgeable!! I highly recommend him.

We were SAVED BY THE BELL in 2016-2017! John found tons of dangerous wiring in our kitchen when he came to do some upgrades. He did a great job on the upgrades AND saved our house from burning down, maybe even killing/injuring us. He's easy to work with and takes pride in his work (meaning, TOP QUALITY).
PLUS, he always fits u in 2 his schedule and returns calls. We're grateful he's doing this. JB came a second time a few months later when I heard sizzling in a wall switch; he found a defective wall switch that the builder had wired incorrectly.
2018 UPDATE: SAVED BY THE BELL a third time: we lost power to 1/3rd of the house when I was pressure washing last weekend. John came over on Monday despite fully booked day AND having all his crew out on job sites. After 2+ hours of careful searching he found more faulty wiring w/ shorted, melted wire. He fixed it so we don't have house fire. He will come back to finish the needed replacements to prevent this from happening again on that side of the house. AND John gave us big discount on unexpected cost by charging us as if he was entry-level electrician

I hired Bell Electric Inc to replace my main power panel and install a standby generator. John was easy to communicate with by phone, email, and text. He did all the design work and managed permitting and kept me up to date on progress. He sequenced everything so the project came together seamlessly. As an engineer and a curious guy I was pretty interested in the project so I watched some of the work in progress and inspected almost everything – I was very pleased with every aspect of the job. John was punctual. He and his crew were pleasant to be around and did a good job of cleanup after their work each day. I highly recommend John Bell and Bell Electric Inc.

Cost about what we were expecting. He handled all communication with the permit and power company and the craftsmanship looked good to me. Willing to explain and answer questions.

I was in a pinch to get a hot tub installed and Jason with Bell Electric was highly recommended to me from another electrician who couldn't do the job him self. I was so relieved when he said he could come out on a Saturday to look at the space then was able to come out that next Tuesday for the install. Jason was very knowledgeable, and his team did a very professional job. Jason and his team also helped trouble shoot another electrical problem that I was having while they were there. He also took care of the inspection and permit so we were good to go. I will hire Jason for all my electrical needs in the future and am so thankful for his quick, professional and friendly service. Thank you Bell Electric!

Earned One Star. He did show up on time. Everything was about money, how his time is important and how far I live. Didn't take notes. Complained that he was busy. Wasn't helpful, rude and was unable to provide answers. Didn't want to provide quote to perform work or estimate for time, but did want open ended check. Had to finally tell him it was time for him to leave. Is it common practice to charge for drive time to work site?

I needed help installing a meter pole, hanging gear and connecting service wires to my home for an ADU. I had no good leads to help me get the job done. I called around a few places, including Safari. Mike was really responsive and asked great questions about the job. I had a lot of complicated factors to consider including demanding permit requirements from the City of Tacoma. Mike worked with me all through the process until we were clear on how to proceed. His bid for the job was reasonable and he seemed like someone I could trust. His work was even better than his planning. He runs a pro operation and had all the big and small gear to make sure the job was done right. I actually ended up using him to run all the lines from the house to the pole. The best endorsement was from the City inspector who said, "you guys do some really good work." I was so glad I went with Safari and they will be the first call I make when I need electrical work again. Highly recommended.

We have been doing business with this store for years. First time I'm leaving a review. They are always quick with deliveries, they are flexible with dropping at specific addresses when we need something on a job, their prices are reasonable, often times beating prices of their competitors and they have great communication. Always willing to accommodate us. Lately, they actually have distribution items available (panels, breakers and meters). THAT IS A PLUS +++ in our world of "try to find the unicorn" that is any distribution. All electricians are looking for it and it's so hard to find. These guys are great!

Two things that are important to me and my business are service and price. Lito and Kevin are awesome, they take my orders quickly and I will have the product the next morning. Pricing is also the best I can find of the 3 suppliers that I use. I can highly recommend North Coast Electric.
