We are in a very old church building with numerous challenges including labyrinthine electrical wiring. Mike showed up on time, was happy to help, answered every question, and worked tirelessly to find and solve the issue. He was amazing, and we a so grateful for his help.

We had an emergency problem with our breaker box. Gary came out within two hours and worked with me to get the problems fixed. He also instructed me on how to handle certain types of wires, fixed issues with grounding and bonding. Never a more pleasant person could one meet! He was not only extremely knowledgeable but kind and considerate and not the least bit condescending. Such a pleasure! Baker has a great find in this employee!

I have used baker electric for a few years until now and I will never be giving them a call again. I was over charged by 1 hour on a bill. When I contacted the office and asked them to re check with the electrician, “Margo” told me she would not. When I asked her a second and third time she refused. She told me she was the office manager and did not care if she lost me as a customer. !!! People read the reviews, they have a lower rating for a reason.

Excellent service! Professional, on time. Mike, the electrician, was patient with ALL my questions. I had to leave, my brother came to be there if Mike needed information about anything I returned an hour later, he took it all in stride. I hired Mike to come back to upgrade from fuse to panel, excellent. My American Bulldog loved Mike and Dave. I will hire again for a few more upgrades.

Had them install a 50 amp plug for a generator on my house. I emailed the company through their website, got a quick reply (which has been an issue with other electricians I've contacted regarding this) and they were out within a couple days to get it done. They did it efficiently, within the quoted budget, and with minimal disruption to me. Will have them back out for some other things I'll be needing in the future.

This company is absolutely excellent. Up front pricing with a flat rate , on time service, even though they are hourly rate I genuinely felt as though they worked as diligently and quickly as safely possible. I swear they answer the phone before it even has a chance to ring. They took time to educate me on the status of everything and worked to calm my anxiety over this big project I had undertaken. I will absolutely be using them again. The quality for the price is unmatched in the area. 10/10

Easy appt set up, and they where more than accommodating with my schedule. The gentlemen that showed up were on time, very polite, quickly got to work, found the problem, showed and explained to me the issue, and fixed it. No pressure to upsell, just gave me some recommendations and were on their way. I will definitely utilize them again next time I need an electrician.

Torn review... Good electricians but predatory practices. 2 hours in my house cost $900 for ( 1 ) outlet and i was constantly gas-lit by customer service that i didn't get the math and was "nicely" talked down to. Upfront pricing = No , Good Office support = No, Good on site workers = Yes. So while i think the team that came out was amazing i was told one thing on the phone and shown something totally different on paper a day after. If i got a pre-estimate i might not have continued especially now knowing just coming out is a $200+ charge, they say it's the first hour but it's not.

I had a wonderful experience with this company ☺️ this is the third electrical company I have hired to repair my electric at my current house. Chris did an amazing job, he listened and read my inspection report. They replaced my panel and corrected illegal wiring issues. They were the best price and from the free consult to the panel install it was quick within two weeks (non emergency work). Cassie in the office was always pleasant and easy to work with. I am preparing my house for sale and I am dealing with a lot of contractors and this company by far has been the easiest, most straight forward and affordable company I have had to work with. I definitely recommend them.

Had to work too hard to try and give them a $10,000.00 + contract. Lousy communication, questionable routing, guess they only like big contracts. Felt like I was trying to force them to take my money and they still didn't care. Not impressed.
