Really happy with the service provided. I paid what I was quoted over the phone, they were able to do the job a couple days after I called, and our previously dirty, cobwebby heating ducts are clean, now! Definitely recommend.

Despite all the scams for duct and vent cleaning, these guys actually provide the service that's advertised. With all their equipment they cleaned all the ducts in my house in just a couple hours. Very professional couple of guys. Very up front about cost, no surprises. My whole family is breathing easier now. Highly recommended.

Bob did a fantastic job, and was so friendly! My furnace is working better than ever since he cleaned the ducts!

Air Flo Pro was the only company that I called and got - not just a live person - but the actual technician on the phone. He promptly made us an appointment (next day!) and didn't charge an arm and a leg. All the other companies either charged a flat rate and/or they didn't ask me any questions to better estimate costs. But Bob asked if we'd had any rodent damage, if we had a crawlspace or basement... All the typical questions one would think should be asked when estimating the cost to do business. And gave us some recommendations on other honest, non-commisioned companies in the area. Thanks to Bob Davies for the great, honest, professional job he did cleaning the air ducts in our home. I'm pretty sure we'll be customers again.

This company is great!

We had just moved into our home and one of the first things we did was have a pest person out to go through our home as there were signs of rodents.

Needless to say the pest guy said there were signs that there could be rodent activity in the ducts...Gross

We immediately called an air duct service unfortunately they did not answer their phone and when they got back to me had to schedule me a month out.

IN COMES Air Flow Pros. I called and the call was answered. Point 1 in their favor. Not only that but he was able to come out WAY sooner Point 2. NOT ONLY THAT he also threw in a dryer vent cleaning for free! Point 3!

Seriously not only is this company really well priced but their customer service is top notch! I was planning on paying for the Dryer vent service but they told me not to even worry about it. FANTASTIC.

He cam on time which is also awesome because we have dealt with our fair share of people in the trades that do not value the time of the customer. And he was fast in and out of our home in no time.

Bob and Owen did a great job! They were able to come out quickly with just a few days notice and cleaned the air vents for our new house. It was recently remodeled and there was a lot of dust and debris in the system. I can already tell a HUGE difference in improved air quality. Definitely recommend them to anyone needing this service!

I can’t say enough amazing things about Bob. I called him on a Thursday and he was at my house by Tuesday. I had almost a 100% blockage of our dryer vents because the previous homeowners never had them cleaned. Bob was in and out of of crawl space cleaning out ducts and getting everything safe, even after realizing my sump pumps have also failed and there was standing water in the crawl space and he was getting soaked. If we ever need any work done again, we will 100% be calling him back!

Not sure if the name changed but the card I was giving says Hornet Power Vac but google maps still has the company as Air Flow Pros.… anyways, Bob has really great service, a friendly attitude, and professional. The cost was $450 to clean all the HVAC vents in our two story home plus the dryer vent. Most places charge well above this just for the HVAV vents. He was even kind enough to take off his shoes before coming into the house. It’s hard to find good service like this nowadays. Highly recommend using this company.

We recently purchased our new house, the dryer didn't dry the clothes and we assumed the vent was clogged.
We decided to have Mr. Bob from Air Flow Pros come out and do the dryer vent with the ducts because lord knows how long it had been if they ever were cleaned. Bob gave us a fair quote over the phone and scheduled us in for service.
He was very clean and professional, he took his shoes off at the door and also explained his process. He pulled the dryer back, climbed behind it and cleaned the vent then proceeded to make sure the dryer now works; he took extra time to refit and tape the vent preventing any leak.
He knew we had just purchased our house so he took the time to clean the cobwebs and dust from the furnace area. Then Bob showed us how to properly change the filter since this furnace was tricky.
Overall, Bob went above and beyond with his service and didn't charge a penny more than his quote over the phone; no surprise billing here!
I will definitely be recommending Air Flow Pros to anyone I know needing their services.

Coldest day of the year and snowed in when our furnace went out. We called everywhere but no one was available. Fortunately we called Sound and Michael made sure we got on the schedule for same day service and came out himself to do the repair. Tonight we’re warm and dry and have “our guy” for anything HVAC. Thank you so much and wishing you and yours a very happy (and warm) new year!!!!

Michael is a very honest, hard-working pro. He came out to check our heat pump, and thoroughly checked it and our furnace. He explained what all he found wrong, showed us pictures where he could. He came up with estimates for three options. We picked one, and he went to work. If he says he's going to be there on a certain day, he will be (unlike so many contractors!). He is also a good communicator. After the system was installed, he came back out and helped us tweak the thermostat to our liking (and we don't live close to town). We highly recommend this company, love Michael, and love our new system!

Our heat pump met its fate a year ago and through many attempts to fix it via another company it took months for them to figure out it was a chewed wire thanks to a little critter.

To schedule someone to come give us a quote was another two months of waiting, we decided to get a few quotes and scheduled a few more companies to come take a look.

In the meantime, PSE kept me in the loop that our home was drawing twice as much power than all the other homes in my neighborhood with similar sq footage.

Sound Heating and Cooling was the last to come out, Michael is a fellow mountain biker and we reached out as soon as we found out he was in the business. He was very thorough and as soon as he looked at the thermostat he asked if he could change the settings so we are not drawing so much power! Two others looked at it and said nothing, we had no idea you could put it into emergency heating when the unit isn’t working.

Michael gave us two options, a standard one to match one we previously had and the second which was a more efficient option. We were able to upgrade the system to the more efficient one.

Michael came out on 12/6/21 and wrapped up on 12/7/21. He was awesome! Very professional and efficient!

The world pandemic has caused many delays with receiving products and services, Michael was up front with delivery expectations. We were lucky that he found a unit almost immediately for us!
