Michael showed up to work on a faulty furnace even though he was balancing many other demands- many bad furnaces on a cold night. He figured out a cost effective solution for the furnace firing problem and got it fixed.
It’s great to be able to rely on him for these issues.

The technician, Michael, was pleasant to deal with, and he quickly solved my problem. Unlike so many technicians, he has a creative, problem-solving mind. In the past, I've had various technicians work on my ageing air-conditioning system. They didn't seem to understand its intricacies. Michael was like a doctor: he took measurements, and identified the problem; we discussed the solution and what it would cost; then he fixed the problem. I had rodent damage on my heat pump. I got several estimates for my insurance company. Michael responded the most prompt of the others and worked directly with insurance to get the process rolling. Once the equipment was delivered, he worked literally non stop installing a new heat pump and air handler. They made the process very simple as a homeowner to get us taken care of. Can we give a 6 star rating?

Sounds Heating & Cooling successfully installed air conditioning in our home where every other HVAC contractor who looked at the project said that the job would be too difficult for them. They were incredibly prompt with estimation, scheduling and completion. The team are true experts and I'm very happy with their work.

Michael was responsive when I called and could make it within 24 hours of my call. He was professional, personable, and left the area clean. He explained things to me, charged a fair price, and made recommendations for ways to improve our homes energy efficiency as well! Would definitely use again and plan to have him back in the Spring for further work!

Michael was awesome! Call and spoke with him the day before our service and he squeezed us in the next day. Not only did he do the service he repaired a vent pipe leak for a very small fee while another wanted to charge us over a hundred dollars plus just to come look at it. His work ethic is above par. We would recommend using him. They are a full service company.

Our A/C tech Michael was very professional and helpful. He took care of my drain issue and cared for my unit like it was his own. He really took the time to ensure that we wouldn't have the same issue happen again by rerouting our drain line. With kind and friendly service he completed his work in a timely manner and I will definitely be referring him to friends and calling him when in comes time to add a second inside unit in my home.
