Next day appointment! Dan was great, too! Totally confident in his assessments and abilities doing maintenance on my mom’s 25+ year old propane furnace. He even went the extra mile to pick up a part he recommended changing and all is well. Would be nice if they had a military discount but they don’t but happy with the results.

Explained the whole report and ensured all our questions were answered. Will welcome him back for our next service.

My technician Steve came to do maintenance on my heat pump today. He was on time, friendly, and got right to work. He gave me a full review of what he had done and also told me how my system was performing. He answered any questions I had. Great job!

We always ask for Dan if available. When he leaves we feel very confident that our furnace/heat pump is in proper working order. Very efficient and a really nice guy to work with.

Technician Dan was so patient while showing me how to clean the filters in my furnace. Explained things so that I understood the process. Great company! Great people! Always great service from Tonya and all the technicians at Home Comfort Alliance.

The installation team did a great job with my new heat pump. They were exceptionally friendly, informative, knowledgeable, and the installation was meticulous, right down to the clean-up. The entire project, from the first inquiry through the installation, was easy. Highly recommended.

What an amazing service experience with STEVE @ HCA. We woke up to discover our heat pump running on Auxiliary and nothing but cold air continually blasting out. My husband made a call and Steve arrived w/in an hour, making a stop in between jobs. In less than 30 minutes, he checked the heat strips, tested heat output from vents and made several trips to and from the unit outside. He diagnosed the issue & replaced a burned-out wire in the compressor and VOILA! Magical heat! Steve was delightful and I'll be more than happy to refer you, as well as Steve, to friends and family. Thank you, HCA & Steve...you turned a potentially very cold morning into a short-lived blip in the day!

Steve Swanson always does a great job. He is very knowledgeable. He takes the time to answer all my questions and explains technical things in language that is easily understood. He is very friendly and has a "customer first " attitude.

Update:
A sensor in the heat pump malfunctioned. Dan found the problem, ordered the part, and came back to fix it. He took the time to explain what happened and asked me to keep an eye on it to make sure the unit was repaired. Tonya called a few days later to make sure I was satisfied with the repairs and their technician Dan. The people at Home Comfort (Sullivan) have shown that they care about their customers.

Isaac, the technician who came to service our heat pump was very thorough in his assessment & repair of our heat/cooling system. He took his time & didn’t rush through explaining what the problem was & how he repaired it. I will certainly use Home Comfort Alliance again to work on our heating/cooling system!

Drew and Jeremy did a great job replacing our old heat pump with a new unit. Drew worked out all placement details with me beforehand for the exterior unit positioning and refrigerant line paths, as well as how to integrate the new air handler with the old duct work and what was to be saved versus removed.

It was a big job that made for an extra long day, even before old duct work ended up needing additional work and fabrication, but they never rushed it or planned to leave until they made sure every detail was addressed, all system functionality was verified, every question was answered, all debris and replaced components were removed, and both interior and exterior worksites were cleaned. Highly recommended.

Steve was great and throughly checked our furnace and heat pump for effective operation. Found one issue with an original part that lasted 17 years but was beginning to fail. Advised replacement while he was on site which we did - what I appreciate most about great service like this is being very clear with us and showing us on the tester that the part was not operating well. Being clear with customers speaks volumes. Great service and will continue to have them return for routine maintenance.

The guys at Home Comfort Alliance really did an outstanding job. They were very knowledgeable and professional. They explained what they were doing and answered all of our questions. They cleaned up in each of the sites they were working and really made they whole day minimally invasive. Thank you Drew & Jeremy!

I found Dan to be a very nice guy. He answered any questions completely. but I think what stands out with me is the friendliness. We had a nice conversation and when he left it was more like saying goodbye to a friend, and not just some guy who worked on your furnace.

I had a very positive experience with Home Comfort Alliance, particularly given the professionalism and ease with which my technician, Dan Kinzler comported himself. He described in detail all of the specs of my HVAC system and gave me piece of mind. Not that I understood any of it...Here's a pro-tip for the homeowner - it is greatly appreciated by your technician to have a ladder at the ready, particularly if your furnace is upstairs and in a tight space. It gives the tech piece of mind that they're not going to bang up your walls trying to get their own ladder in the house and prevents multiple trips in and out. In all, it makes for a faster and much better experience.

Tanya was also fantastic to deal with. She was very accommodating and responded promptly with any scheduling challenges.

I will be using Home Comfort Alliance exclusively going forward and will be requesting Dan Kinzler upon scheduling.

This was year number two of Home Comfort Alliance coming out to do the yearly maintenance on my unit. My technician Dan was amazing and very helpful with some questions I had for him. He was very professional and did an outstanding job. I would recommend to everyone anytime.

I had Brad come by my house, and he was very professional. He helped me get a understanding of my unit as he replaced a couple parts that were causing my issue. He was able to complete the work needed done on the inspection. Awesome company I would 100% recommend them.

These guys are wonderful! Steve just did annual heat pump maintenance and he was efficient and professional as usual. Just finished major construction and had HCA add a mini-splir, too. Recommend them highly for service and installtion!
