Steve was able to diagnose the issue and immediately solved the problem. The drainage tube was not installed at the proper angle to drain the water off the HVAC and he fixed that. He was very thorough and advised me how to run my AC unit. I am grateful for Steve’s expertise and happy this was resolved quickly.

We have been happy with all of our experiences with Home Comfort Alliance, both the actual installation of the system and all of the follow up care. We had scheduling issues with our last service and Isaac and Tonya were especially accommodating. Isaac, the technician, was really friendly and explained all the service and test results to me so that I could understand them. We have had a good experience with every team member we have dealt with!

HCA West installed and just came out to do annual service on our HVAC Mitsubishi heat pump. The system has been great, and Dan was professional and thorough servicing the system. Thank you HCA.

Our friends at Home Comfort Alliance really came though for us, had been having problems with a previous installed system, called HCA they sent a great tec Brad out to check out the situation, Brad said that the system installed never worked properly together, (Heat Pump and Furnace combination) through some long discussions with Brad and his team and some help from a Carrier Rep the right units were installed and are working great together. thank you Brad and your whole team at Home Comfort Alliance.

This review is for the charges and estimate from Home Comfort Alliance Bremerton. $3000 (with trip charge) estimate with what felt like a bit pressured sales technique to get fixed by tech that day. I ended up getting another estimate and other HVAC company charged me just $400 for exact same work!
I was billed by Home Comfort Alliance $130 to just show up at my front door and they wanted another $200 to “diagnose” the leak when it was clearly evident (this did get waived later). So glad I didn’t cave to the pressured sales technique and went with another company who did a fantastic job.

Bobby was great. He provided fantastic Service and was very knowledgeable when it came to asking questions concerning the replacement of our heat pump and furnace. I would highly recommend him.

Josh called and arrived 10 minutes early. He stayed until we had heat and he explained and completed the necessary maintenance. He also helped us get our next appointment arranged.

He quickly diagnosed the problem, explaining what was wrong and how it could be easily fixed. I appreciate Brad's respectful demeanour and his expertise. Great company, great service, great employees.

Excellent service! Dan was very thorough with both Furnace and AC. Has an annual service agreement that will meet our needs and discounted from basic service calls. Very competitive. Highly recommend them!

Home Comfort Alliance's Representative Dan inspected our heating and cooling system [annual system inspection] recently and he provided us with some very informative things both prior to his start of the inspection and after. When the cooling system was first installed a few years ago the installation team did provide helpful information, and Dan's recent visit gave additional insight that the install team left us with.

Steve did a great job performing the annual maintenance on our HVAC system. Very timely service and extremely professional.
