The technician performed maintenance on our mini split heat pump system and cleaned out our dryer vent. Wow! What a difference that made. The service tech was professional and courteous. He explained the process well. Even our dog liked him!

My electric central heat unit just unexpectedly shut down yesterday. Randy's sent out a technician within a few hours who diagnosed a fault in the main floor thermostat. Owner rushed over to Home Depot for a spare, and replaced it. Now the house is toasty warm again. Very nice repair tech, and knowledgeable about older heater problems.

We have used Randy's for our furnace for years and just entrusted our gas fireplace to their care.

The staff is always professional, friendly, and respectful. I especially appreciate their communication in terms of scheduling and in keeping us apprised of the arrival of the technician.

I forgot to return the call for annual maintenance and when I remembered to call, it was an immediate appointment, no waiting weeks! We will continue to recommend Randy's to our clients and friends! We purchased the Gold service plan for the next 2 years as well.

Ian, the customer rep and Kyle, the tech, were both very knowledgable and helpful in fixing our heating issues. When I called we made an appointment only 2 days out. Our situation was not an emergency, but I definitely appreciated the quick response. Kyle diagnosed and recognized the problem quickly. He provided options on what could be done and fixed the problem on the spot once once I gave the go ahead. Our heating was back to normal in no time. I highly recommend this team and company.

I called about issues with a rental property I own. Randy was quick to respond. Within 1 day a technician was out at the property troubleshooting the issue. It ended up being a simple fix to the thermostat. They charged their base fee for a troubleshooting call. Very reasonably priced. No up sell on anything. Tenants said the guy was friendly and curious. I highly recommend Randy’s.

Having just finished the installation of a new hvac system, I cannot say enough about the quality, professionalism and value we feel received. Our experience was, quite simply, excellent and we would recommend Randy's without reservation!

* update. Having problems with the new furnace-isnt heating this morning(30 degrees outside) Called their 24/7 helpline. Will add to this review as per their after hours help and the length of time it takes for them to respond with a technician.

We had a great experience with Home Comfort Alliance! Ina and Mike did the installation and were fantastic - they communicated with us clearly on-site and took the time to show us how to use the new condenser units. Bobby was also a huge help, especially with coordinating communication and working with our HOA. Friendly, professional, and easy to work with. Highly recommend!

Our AC stopped working and another company concluded we needed a whole new heat pump system due to it's age and the cost to repair it, then gave us an estimate for a new HVAC. I called HCA for another quote, Bobby came-out, and recommended we have one of their techs look at it, thinking the problem could be minor. The tech, Isaac, looked at it the next day, quickly found the problem, and recommended what parts to buy on Amazon. He could have fixed it, but he showed me how to do it and save me hundreds of dollars in repair costs. I easily fixed it and our AC works better than ever. Huge thanks to Bobby and Isaac for saving me a lot of money. They were more concerned about getting my AC to work, than selling me a whole new Heat Pump. When our heat pump finally does give up the ghost, they're the first company I'll call. They're honest and competent.

I had a tremendous experience working with this team. From the first consult with Bobby, I trusted his advice and recommendations for a purchase you (hopefully) only make every 15-20 years, so my knowledge was limited. Bobby provided the pros and cons of each option presented to help build my confidence in the purchase. It's not a fun purchase to make, but at least I knew I was getting the right solution for our home. After the decision, we were able to get an install booked ASAP, which was nice as temperatures were dropping! As for the install team, Drew and Josh were total pros - they were punctual, great communicators and thorough. They made sure that everything was in pristine condition before leaving and ensured I understood how everything operated. I couldn't request Home Comfort Alliance any more!
