Jim came out to help figure out a problem we were having with our mini split after a cleaning. He was super friendly and knowledgable. Explained things as he went and worked diligently to fix the problem. I was impressed with his work ethic and enjoyed talkin with him as he worked. All around i rate Jim 10/10 100% 5⭐️. Thanks for the hard work to get us back up and running!

The technician I had today was Jim. I wish I knew his last name, but I don't. He is probably the most knowledgeable technician I have ever had at our house. He is very professional and personable. He lets me follow him all over the house as he checks our heating/cooling system and explains what he is doing and what results he is looking for. He works hard and is dedicated to doing an excellent job. His reports at the end of the job are very detailed, written well and provide information for the owner and next technician who may show up. He writes on every piece he replaced with the date of the item. He is great, kudos to Jim.

I was having problems with different temperatures all over the house. To fix the problem, Advanced Heating sent out Sean to install remote sensors in two upstairs rooms and install a new thermostat that can communicate with the sensors. He was highly professional, informed me how the improvements would work with the current system, and walked me through how to operate the new thermostat while pointing out the improvements from the old model. He was easy to work with and was in and out in time. Color me impressed.

I just want to let you know that we were very happy with the professional, informative and friendly service that Sean B provided us today. He is a true asset to the company.

We had a great experience with our HVAC technician! We were assigned Sean and he was incredibly knowledgeable and took his time servicing our AC unit, making sure everything was running smoothly. I had a follow-up question after the visit, and he returned without hesitation to help resolve the issue—even though it was something I had overlooked. He was friendly, accommodating, and punctual throughout the entire process. It’s rare to find such dependable and customer-focused service these days. Highly recommend!

We called for an emergency situation as our AC wasn’t running properly or cooling our home.
They immediately scheduled us and Sean was able to come out before his scheduled time to take a look at our unit.
With some diagnostics, he quickly found the problem and was able to replace the part on site, thus fixing our AC. Thank you so much Sean for being punctual, efficient, thorough and so much more. We loved their service so much so, that we signed up with their maintenance program to avoid further issues.

Mike and Charles of Advance Heating & Cooling Inc. did a superb job on the installation of our 60 BTW/hr backup natural gas heater. It was installed and on the line in less than 4 hours after their arrival!

We were smelling exhaust fumes inside our house from our propane fueled boiler. Charles Huff arrived within hours and patched up some exhaust leaks in the boiler room and in the garage space above. He disassembled the boiler and we discovered that it’s time to replace the unit. Very pleased with his professionalism and explanations to us.

First time using this company & had a great experience. Our heat pump failed on a Sunday, and Jim was here within an hour. He was polite, cheerful, & explained everything fully. Communication was fantastic, including by the office staff on the following day, and repairs were done promptly. Will use them again. Thank you, Jim!

I recently scheduled annual service of my 40 year old gas furnace with Advanced Heating and Cooling. Thank god they sent me Dominic Olson. While inspecting the furnace he found a large hidden crack and said he was going to have to shut off the gas. After informing him that I would not allow it because I’m a senior citizen and can’t go without heat while waiting for a replacement. Dominic stood his ground and worked with his supervisor to get a new furnace installed the next day. His professionalism and workmanship was outstanding. But, most important to me was his integrity. I have to admit I was quite pleased. Thank you Dominic and thanks to his supervisor. Respectfully, Steve

Sean Bretz did a great job servicing our HVAC system. He was on time, communicative, clean, respectful, quick and did some extra work that was needed- but not before getting the price and checking first. He left our home in perfect shape and was very pleasant! Highly recommend.

Jim did a kick-ass job during my annual furnace inspection !
Honestly, he did twice as much cleaning as the typical techs I usually get sent.
He spent time explaining the units operation and the steps he was using to ensure premium operation, as well as things I should keep an eye on.
He was the first tech to measure temperature output from the heat registers after he was finished.
I pleasure to run into someone that obviously is knowledgeable a d takes pride in his work.

To start, I had a tec at my house less then 3 hours after I called! Sean was great! He explained everything. Spent the time I needed to make sure I understood everything. Told me about the maintenance I should do but wasn’t pushy trying to upsell. I will call them for ALL future repairs!!!

These guys are awesome. We had a warehouse heater go down and they had Sean here in 24 hours. He diagnosed the problem quickly and and resolved it in the same visit. Extraordinary service.

Of course the heat in our house stopped working on a weekend! Seen Advanced Heating and A/C vans all over Seabeck, so I called, and Sean reached out and showed up very promptly to discover a mouse that decided to die on the relay board! He cleaned that up, tested the whole system, changed our air filter and had our problem resolved in less then 30 minutes! Sean was so nice and knowledgeable!
