Dana's did the install on the heat pump in our house before we bought it. We've used them for maintenance and repairs. Their technicians have always been very knowledgeable and professional. They just came out to diagnosis a faulty defrost system and it was all covered under the manufacturer warranty, so no service call charge. We will definitely be sticking with Dana's going forward.

Tristan visited and cleaned our furnace. He was highly professional and pleasant. We just switched this year and we’re so happy with Dana’s that we’ll continue working with them in the future. Highly recommended!!

The maintenance person came very early which was I perferred. He was very friendly, courteous and very informative as to what needed to be done with my furnace. Dana's has always been good to me for many, many years. Pricing has always been reasonable over the years.

We had a very frustrating experience with Dana’s Heating & Cooling during a winter furnace failure, and we have small kids in the house.
In early January, our furnace began failing intermittently. We identified the inducer motor as the likely problem and specifically asked whether it should be replaced. The technician instead cleaned debris near the inducer, charged $173, and told us replacement was not necessary.
Within about a week and a half, the furnace failed again — worse than before. On the follow-up visit, we were told the inducer motor does need to be replaced, at a cost of $935. Because of the earlier misdiagnosis, what should have been a ~$900 repair has now turned into over $1,070 total.
We approved the repair immediately due to cold weather and our children, and were told the part would take about five days. That timeline has now stretched past seven days, the furnace fully failed Sunday night, and communication has been unclear — at one point it sounded like the part may not have even been ordered yet.
Delays happen, but ignoring a correctly identified problem, adding unnecessary cost, and providing poor communication — especially when heat and child safety are involved — is not acceptable.

Had Ryan come by to help with our yearly routine maintenance. He was incredibly kind and considerate, left no trace in our home and checked everything out quickly. He even took the time to phone some colleagues to answer a question we had regarding a draft from our fireplace, unrelated to his service but he cared enough to get us some more information to consider.

The technicians came out to clean our forced air ducts. They arrived a little late but got to work and did the job. They had to let me know that they found some damage under the house and showed me photos so I could respond appropriately. Their attitude and approach were professional. They were attentive to my needs and listened to my concerns.

Scott, who did the service was wonderful. He showed us how our system worked and he left it in tip top shape. He answered our questions. We’ll definitely have Dana’s do our service again.

The crew of 3 young men arrived a little later than expected, 3:30 pm, because they got delayed perfecting a previous job.
They immediately went to work on my totally new heat system.
As they proceeded I was totally impressed at their skill and diligence, they worked hard and were determined to get it done right.... and they did. I'm very pleased.

Dana's installed a replacement gas furnace & A/C unit in our home. Our old equipment had aged out after 20+ years. Dana's met a competitors price who was cheaper, but couldn't do the work for 2 Mos. Dana's was able to do within the week so we went with them. They also offered a 2 year, no questions 100% guarantee in writing, above the manufacturer's warranty. Brandon, Ryan, and Marcus arrived on time, worked tirelessly for 11 hours straight and got the job done. Very professional & easy to deal with. Would highly recommend Dana's in the future. They're a great company.

Just had my AC installed and couldn’t be happier! If you’re getting Heat or AC installed, Dana’s is your place. I first reached out through their website and received a call that same day within 5 minutes. Scheduled a free quote where I was helped out by David and he was very thorough and explained the whole installation. I’m telling you this guy came out and did everything. He took his time and made sure I understood everything before he left. I received two other quotes from different companies, and they did not take their time. They were there within 15 minutes then left. When I tell you Dana’s team is knowledgeable and trained, these guys know what they are doing. I felt comfortable with Dana’s and I set up an installation and they got me in within a few days. Other companies told me it would take until March or April. Which is crazy bc it’s winter time. I didn’t understand that. Dana’s. However took me in right away. And they did a fantastic job! They came bright and early in the morning and knocked it out by 1 PM. They showed me the job they did and explained everything that was done. Wow. My AC looks amazing. For those needing AC do not wait til summer. Telling you it’ll be a wait bc it gets hot out here. I wish I had gotten a AC when I first bought my house, but getting an AC with Dana’s was well worth it. They have their own team and electricians. They complete the permit and their warranty is awesome. Don’t hesitate get that AC. I have no regrets now, bc I got it done right with Dana’s. There’s no discount, but who needs that when you know your AC will last forever and the team handling it will make sure it’s installed right and will be taken care of. Hit up Dana’s asap and get that AC. 5 STARS!

Highly recommend Dana’s. Not only are they reasonably priced, the finished results are most impressive. When I bought the home it had been a rental and had a major mice infestation in 2550 sq ft with 17 registers. The before pics of the vents showed a large amount of various debris. All of it now gone. I will be breathing much easier, literally. The crew arrived on time, were courteous, professional and knowledgeable. My daughter has also used them and had excellent results as well.

Nice service man. Looked a bit like he was learning on the job. Told me only one choice for new thermostat in the truck. Very expensive. I’d already priced good name brands at big box stores but I’ve been using Dana’s for 25 years. Furnace still didn’t work.
He poked around but I lost confidence in him when the furnace didn’t heat and he told me I needed an $1800+ new part with to repair or part guarantee from the company and they said I should just buy a new furnace. And, couldnot tell me when the new part would come in but I had to pay for it up front. Before he left, and all on its own, the furnace starting blowing hot air and now 20 minutes later, my house is warm and toasty. This young service rep told me the furnace would only work intermittently and he didn’t know why it was working at all at this time, even with a new expensive thermostat because ?????
Dana was the best but since management has changed the have raised their prices far above what I can afford at all. Before I commit to a new furnace from them, I will shop around. All things being equal, I may still buy a new furnace from Dana.

The guys did an excellent job. They conducted themselves courteously and professionally. We had the ducts cleaned. All the ductwork was inspected in the crawl space. They repaired some joints that were not properly installed when we built the house. They found some leaks and repaired all. They cleaned everything up and helped put furniture back. I highly recommend!

I recently had an issue with my heat pump icing over and submitted a service request through the online portal. Scheduling was fast and easy — they had me on the calendar within 48 hours.

My technician, Eli, was outstanding. He was thorough in his inspection and took the time to explain what he was seeing, why the issue was happening, and what was needed to correct it. He shared a wealth of knowledge about the system and made sure I understood the steps moving forward.
