These two young men were professional, informative and very polite. Although it wasn't good news for us to have to replace our heating source, it was delivered in a precise and easy to understand format. These boys deserve a raise.

They responded quickly, appointment made for Tuesday. They called and offered to come Monday. The service person was friendly and helpful. Got the furnace working. New part ordered. Will call when part arrives! Meanwhile I have heat.

We have had Dana’s service our furnace for years.
The filter was defective and they came out out and replaced it at no charge. The people are courteous and friendly. Great to work with.

The service rep was patient in explaining how my furnace worked and how to clean the reusable filter and where the switch is located that turns the furnace on and off. He as knowledgeable about my furnace and quickly corrected the issues I had with it. Thank you

Our service call for our heat pump was great! Max, our technician, was very helpful, knowledgeable, and explained everything to us. We are in a new home, and our system hadn't been maintained. Max performed the maintenance quickly and was very professional. We will definitely use Dana's again.

Ryan was courteous and focused on providing a great job of maintenance on our furnace. He took the time to talk about what he had done and mentioned having a rep come and talk to us about a new furnace, after the holidays. We appreciated having him.

Here's the deal, if you want the "lowest price" it'll probably be one or two other companies selling inferior equipment and shoddy work. If you want easy to work with folks that know their trade, do it well, offer a top ranked product, offer easy financing, and will be there when you need them then call Dana's. (I've now purchased a furnace along with my previous water-heater.)

I called Dana's for an annaul service and Scott (HVAC specialist) was at my door that same day. Scott is a true professional and gentleman. He did an outstanding job and he explained everything that he did. I am very satisfied with the service and will be using Dana's for all my HVAC needs going forward. Scott was also kind enough to share his recommendations and contacts for other home services that I need. Thank you Dana's and Scott!

Excellent customer service from start to finish. Removed old oil furnace and replaced with new gas furnace. Fully evaluated our heating system and asked all the right questions to determine what was needed. Also built the system for the upgrades that we would like to add in the future. Excellent pricing.

Dana's Heating & Cooling, Inc. is the best! They installed our heating/cooling system, inspect and service the unit once a year, and are quick to respond to any issues that arise. Their technicians are well trained, informative, and do a great job!

Thank Scott for doing my year maintenance. He is always kind and answers my questions which is usually "how long will this heat pump last"? HA. I've used Dana for many years and hope to continue on as long as you're in business!!

I called around and asked who works on MrCool HVAC systems and Dana said yes. They came out, ran some tests, called their boss and told me they can't work on it but they charged me almost $200.

I could get an OBD2 car reader on Amazon and tell people I work on cars and then after I run my OBD2 reader I can tell them I can't work on it any further and I'll need $200.

If you don't work on something just say it up front because now I'm not only out $200 but almost a month of time that I could've been dealing with a company that does work on MrCool. I have a wife and 6 months old baby and it's getting cold.

Bad business.

Update: I hired another company who fixed the issue in under an hour. The tech said MrCool isn't that different from other HVAC systems in fact it uses a lot of the same parts.
Tell me why TWO different techs from Dana came out and poked around for multiple hours and then reported like they didn't know what they were doing? Tell me why the manager, BRIAN, said he's been in the HVAC business a long time but didn't seem knowledgeable at all about my HVAC? Even an experienced car tech who primarily works on certain makes should have general knowledge of how all cars work.

This company honestly gives of scam vibes, beware.

We had our annual furnace maintenance preformed in preparation for the upcoming winter. As always, Dana's service tecs showed up as planned, quickly performed the checkout, and professionally completed the servicing. A great service with excellent results!

All three guys were great!! They did a superb job. They even cleaned up after their selves, and considering the unit was upside down and a mess already. They went over and beyond.
They took the time to explain everything to me. Each step.
I think all of these young men deserve a raise!! 💰Workers like them are hard to fine.

We used Dana’s Heating and Plumbing for several years, including a recent remodel which included an HVAC system installation. We just had them out for cleaning of that system’s ductwork. The two young men were very courteous and respectful of our interior, on this day a particularly wet one, taking great pains to cover carpeting and floors. The calculated 90 minute service took exactly that and cleaning up after themselves, including vacuuming, they went onto their next job. I will also add, in conversation to set up this appointment, staff were very helpful and informative. Very highly recommend this company.

Dana’s Heating was fantastic. Scheduling the consult was easy, they came out within a day of calling and were very thorough asking questions of what we would like to do, what we were envisioning and took time to review the areas of house that made the most sense in where to put the units. They gave us a quote while on site and told us to just let them know if we had questions and if we decided to move forward when we would like the work done. Highly recommend them to anyone looking to have this kind of work.
