We have used Jet for years.
They are so great. Dan is knowledgeable and kind.
I would give 10 stars

I would never use them again they sold me what appears to be a lemon of a Coleman heat pump it broke down from twice in the 1st year and now it has broken down twice in the last 2 months. It is only 2 years oldThey don't come out immediately and they tell me it's not their fault it's the manufacturer's fault but they sold it to me. I would not trust buying anything from them again Also, they charge me over $200 for coming out 2 months ago to fix a part that was under warrantee. They also said today that a.s long as I had emergency heat I wasn't an emergency. They did not offer to pay my electric bill.

Had a gentlemen come out to do an estimate on a heat pump / air handler replacement, but never received said estimate. Contacted them 3 times over the last 3 weeks via phone and was told I would have it shortly, each time. I still have not received it. No business from me!

Marie gave us an estimate for heating and cooling. She was friendly timely in a good communicator and provided us with a lot of good information.

Jet Heating & Cooling has great prices for Heat Pumps. Suggest to all VETERANS to give this company a chance to help you. Shannon Griffin (owner) has a desire to help Veterans. I am very pleased with the work man ship, Customer Service and cost.

I wanted to say that Dan and Blake did an awesome job installing my heating system yesterday !!! They were very fast and professional! Thank you so much !!! Also when my house was 55 degrees Dan went out of his way to go back to shop and get me 2 space heaters .... ❤️ Thank you again !! Highly recommended

Friendly, professional, and efficient. I was expecting the technicians to think I was dumb since I admittedly don't know much about the furnace in our house but they were super friendly, put me at ease, fixed the issue in 10 minutes, and charged a reasonable amount.

They were very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. I am so very impressed by this team who went above and beyond to address issues that needed to be up to code for completion of installing my heating/cooling system. Thank you for your impeccable service! My gratitude!

They did a good job from what I can tell.Hard workers for sure and pleasant.Also,they were able to install my heat pumps in a timely manner.They came right out when I
needed an estimate and installation was within one month.

I called be busines was open & left message, Jennifer called me back straight away , told her about ny issue and she set Appointment for the same morning . I was amazed and so very happy. Jacob showed up and did an awesome job explaining things to me ( yes I'm sure it was probably my error) . Would highly recommend.

I've worked with Shannon and his team at Jet Heating on multiple projects over the past few years. They are always very responsive to my many questions, their work is excellent, and the provide a fair value. I always know that Jet will take good care of me, my tenants, and my properties.

We have been a customer of JET HVAC for a few years. In the past they were great but now they do not care at all one bit. Every time we call them they are confused and cannot figure out who we are.

Lousy Customer service. Will not return phone calls. They will not follow through. We needed to have some simple air vents installed. Their estimator could not figure out what we needed. We have been waiting 3 months for a quote.

Called to get our AC serviced and cannot get a repair person to show up. We have gone almost all summer with no AC.

We have been customers since they opened and they have been our go-to company since. They are friendly (locally owned) and very professional. They moved gas pipes during a remodel and installed three ductless heat pumps and we could not be happier. Call and they will jet right over. Good people.

JET Heating and Cooling surprised me with a very kind and generous donation of a Daikin Heating and Cooling system, INSTALLED. It's amazing and I am still humbled and grateful. Jacob Griffin is thorough and respectful and most importantly he listened to me.

I don't remember the young man's name but, he was phenomenal! My heat pump quit working a few weeks back and Jet was the earliest service appointment I could get. They showed up when they said they would. The technician was very polite and professional. Within the first five minutes of being at my house the issue was identified. Turned out to be a bad capacitor for the furnace fan. He didn't stop there though. He went through the whole system to ensure there weren't any other issues. JET is the third HVAC company that has worked on my system in the last two years and this is the first time I feel confident that my system is operating the way it should. If you have any HVAC issues or are just looking for routine maintenance, I highly recommend JET Heating and Cooling!

The tech was nice and took his time checking the system and was there for two hours. it cost 275 and to keep the warranty you have to do it every year by them to keep the 10 year warranty so after 10 years you end up spending 2750, if the price every year doesn’t go up it should be a good only time will tell.

Jet Heating was the last of several companies we had in for estimates on my Mother's no longer functioning floor heating. They were the first, and only ones, to propose using an electric boiler and heat pump to resolve her issues. The system works great and efficiently per her electric bills! These folks were responsive, knowledgeable and hard working. We are very pleased!

We had JET install a new heat pump and hot water heater for us, and I can't say enough good things about them. Their estimator was knowledgeable, not pushy at all, and gave us a very fair price. The office staff was always very professional and easy to work with, and the installation crew showed up on time (VERY unusual for a contractor around here), had specialists in each part of the job and were, again, very professional and efficient. The job went off without any drama and we love our heat pump. Thank you!!
